I suspect Rapp was jealous of Spacey's career. He wanted attention too and a boost to a career that, honestly, was nothing compared to Spacey's. So he used the MeToo movement to lie about Spacey assaulting him as a teen. I do wonder why the media continues to treat him so well when he destroyed another's person's career? I thought it bizarre at the time people were rushing to judgement. Guys in the UK piled on, why not? There's cash in the water. Now he's been found innocent in that case. At what point does the media and public say sorry about that?

OK so now Anthony needs to take the spotlight on his accusations of sexual abuse and needs to have answers for us!! You are guilty of exploiting yourself for sexual fraud.

I’d always been a big fan of Rapp, and will forever remain warm toward his great work in Rent. That SAID, I’m deeply disappointed at what he put Kevin spacey through w/ these (now proven to be) false accusations that ruined Kevin’s life.
Will he ever apologize?
Why was he not asked about this during the interview?
It’s such a shame. Great artist. Even seems like a brilliant person - so well spoken … but it’s now hard for me to move past what he’s wrongly done to spacey. He needs to make it right, that’s all I ask. It’s heartbreaking, really.
Just remember OJ Simpson was found not guilty.

He hasn't been around that much ..& doing a show about his life ..?? ?? Just my opinion...
He's 51 and started his career at the age of six, with his first professional job at nine. Hasn't been around much? He has dozens of film, TV, and theater credits as well as recordings, a video game, and the book on which this play is based. Sounds like he's been around quite a bit.

The reason he accussed Spacey was that he wanted attention and he was jealous of Spacey's career. He's a narcissist who's only thought is about himself. Spacey should sue him.
