Surface punch move isn't the clip you used... Jolyne said that gravity inverse if done twice would just negate the first punch, that's why pucci made cmoon attack with only one punch, the dialogue used In that move is "One Punch is enough!"

ybas cmoon wasn't really accurate. if surface inversion punch was supposed to be the thing which turned the radius where cmoon is in on it's side, it's not accurate at all and it's more of a passive than a move. the uppercut to the moon i doubt cmoon can control, i don't think he even uses it. he uses gravity to turn things inside out, so shouldn't anasui have gone inside out instead of flown away?
For answer for you question i can say definitely no Cuz one punch of star platinum or the world can kill you, but in game you can get combo wombo'd and survive it(yea i know its game balance) Your next line is "🤓"
I quit this game, I had a lot of progress, Cmoon, SPTW (I gave it away in return for a KCR), and a TA4 (Skin) I’m not sure why I quit I guess the new map just ruined everything but by then I had already disliked the game Toxic players didn’t play any part but I’m gonna assume that it was the lack of new content since all I did was run around, playing the game, joining in on random gang fights, even sometimes just arguing for no genuine reason in the slightest I’m still confused as to why I get YBA content till this day, the game doesn’t appeal to me anymore, I play other games now and I refuse to get MIH because I’m too lazy and being lazy is what likely led to me just not playing the game in general and all I did other than randomly fight was team in SBR because why not? Well I don’t have much to say other than ‘that’s pretty cool’ for every new update this game gets. The only other thing I have to say is, nice background music you got playing.
