this really worked, I did adjust it to make the crepe-like dough over the heat on the stove and not over boiling water as I had better success with it this way. I used 2 and 1/2 cups of sugar (instead of 600g as that is a lot of sugar ) and 2 cups of water with lemon and rose water, and I crushed up a combo of walnuts, hazelnut, and walnuts, and pecans I hade more nuts than you I used a combo of ghee and butter. but the idea really worked and it was fantastic. thanks for recipe

Ok so one thing this recipe is missing and can really jack up the dish is Xanthan Gum. When you don't use it in all purpose flours, it will not gel at all with the water and eggs and everything else. It will stay separated. It's a must.
I agree, but all purpose flour that I used already have xanthan gum in it so it's keeping it well together..sorry for late respond I just run across option about comments I didn't answer to 😅😅😅
