That is a big question on an Emotion's emotions. I want to think that what their main emotion they encompass doesn't mean they are always that way. Joy encompasses more than the happiness, Fear is more than just being scared. Even with the new emotions they too have branches in what the emotion they are. Until a 3rd movie comes out and debunks this but hey that's what a theory is for.
