It's Pretty, It's SOOO Pretty!
Thanks!
Love that grain and color
Thanks, we thought it was stunning.
Wow that stain made it pop! 👍👍
We agree!
Beautiful wood.
Thank you! Cheers!
lots of summer . I saw it a long time ago
Wow. That is amazing wood!
Couldn't agree more
I'm still milling my mappa burl logs, by the time I'm finished with them you'll be out of stock:)) I'm close to Serbia and mappa burl is rare here, there are some hotspots where you get tons of burl and for mile you dont see any, I have a few trees full of burl, one tree is more then 200cm wide( my next project), most of them get uprooted. Greetings from Romania.
I think where this comes from it's grows everywhere! Hello from 🇨🇦 Canada
Saludos desde Buenos Aires Argentina !!!!
Gracias por seguirme!
Very interesting - lovely timber - love the burrs. Personally not a fan of staining timber, I always think ‘use mahogany if you want mahogany colour’ but that’s just me. It always looks so cold there . Love the channel as always 👍
Thanks 👍 We wanted to mess around with some different finishes to see what happened.
I would say "drink when he says "typically" but we wouldn't survive it :)
Haha that is true!
Im from europe and i noticed a MB slab i bought was very spaghetti like and curved. Nice to see you guys fixing that issue. I dont know how i will work around my piece being curved and unvevn though, have any tips?
That was beautiful thank you. Just curious Paul how cold does it get there? I'm in Sothern Indiana I hurt when it gets below 40° F.
Cold enough to turn your berries into raisins. If you want to experience cold in Canada you need to go to Winnipeg! 😁
Too cold hahaha!!
The stain just ruined it..
Yeah it's not to everyone's taste. We wanted to play around with different finishes to see how the Mappa would react.
@@CanadianWoodworks to bad you didn't show the other side, was interested in seeing that and then the video just ended lol anyhow, thanks for sharing some of those stunning nature created artworks, just found my first burl for sculpting.. :) cheers from belgium
