    I noticed back then that Melo always played really great defense when matched up against the opponent's best player. His match up with Dirk at 2009 West Semis and Kobe in 2009 West Finals. Those are epic duels.

      theres different type of human enchance drugs out there . many athlete specially american football is using HGH and its a insider sources and its already almost undetectable in their drug test and imagine nba has even more lenient drug test .

      and what from what i read HGH can cause hairloss or hair growth but hair loss is more common as i read online which shows lebron is balding .

      Kai Xiao Melo had some of the best triple threat combo moves ever. His jab was so effective, he used it to make space or to take you to the rack. But the spin/fake spin and dream shake combos just made him impossible to guard. There’s videos on UA-cam of Olajuwon teaching him all of those triple threat moves.

    This was the first basketball game I took my son to. All I really remember was Randy Moss walking by us before the game and I told my son, "Hey, there's Randy Moss" and my son replied, "Who's Randy Moss?". Then during warm-ups he points to LeBron and asks, "Hey dad, is that Shaq?". That's when I knew I had been seriously failing as a father up to that point 😖.

    7:10 that triple threat move was a staple for Melo, he killed defenses with that move without really needing to dribble the ball, since he had such a quick pull and great jab step

      There's a difference in stat padding/ empty stats and putting up big numbers for a reason. First off the Nuggets won 50 games that year and were 5th in the West at the time. Secondly, if James isn't assisting, scoring, and rebounding like he was the teams success would obviously tank. Hence, James leaving the next year (after his stat padding?) and them having an NBA record in win drop offs.

    After watching this i just wanna say something. Carmelo Anthony use to be one of my favorite players...No, he was my favorite player and this game really shows how much he fell off. Just from his athleticism alone i see more lift on his jumpshot and a much quicker first step. It really sucks to see one of the best scorers go trash simply because they dont put the work in. Now Melo has signed a 1 year deal and his time in the league is looking less.

      If you've watched the league from 2007 till know, you'd know that Carmelo was a consensus top 5 player in the league. He could average 30 in his sleep. He could drop 40 every night. He led the Nuggets to the WCF against my Lakers. The Knicks literally gave up their whole team to trade for him.

      They had true bigs who couldn’t space the court to allow Melo to truely dominate but despite that he still balled up... that was always the problem with those Denver teams not enough shooters as far as the Knicks they depleted their entire roster for Melo and Amare couldn’t stay healthy if u go back and watch old knock playoff highlights you’ll see Melo on the floor with a bunch of G league caliber players I could name them but you wouldn’t know who the fuck I’m talking about ...tony Douglas,Shawn Williams, Jared Jeffries, Landry Fields, Anthony Carter, need I say more on the other teams like Boston and Miami had too many weapons...watch Melos convo with D Wade where he said it wasn’t even fair he was looking at the heat lineup the turning to look at the guys with him knowing he didn’t stand a chance

      @@DaRealestme He did work with the Knicks, but not like Denver. He had a window from 2011-2015, before the league became about 3's and when Melo wasn't old.
      Melo was his own problem. When others took less money, he didn't. When Melo could have played his free agency and had good teammates in NY, he demanded a trade there instead. When the Knicks were rolling with Jeremy Lin, Melo came back and ruined everyone's flow. When Melo should have been playing the 4, he wanted to play the 3. When players cared about efficiency, Melo didn't.

    It’s so crazy how routine those stat lines are for lebron. Everyone’s takeaway here is “wow look at prime melo”, yet lebron has an unbelievable stat line throughout and clutch shots

    Carmelo is still the same just lost a step with age. People try to hard to make him something he’s not. He’s a decent shooter can stick the mid range and three when open. He has nice ability to create and get his shot off but he’s never been more than that.

    Melo is a really good defender in his athletic prime. Lebron is freakishly athletic. But early on in there career, Melo had the more superior skill than Lebron. Lebron had to learn to shoot post up(still learning) defend, he always had the gift of passing though. Melo in his prime is soo scary. Too bad people soon forget
