@@novarender_ Trust me, she does indeed spawn during the day. What i recommend doing is spawning the butterfly on a minion that does contact damage (like the raven) so it instantly dies, and doesnt run away.
For bullethell you shouldn't move so much, specially when unplanned. You move just enough, and dodge attacks with the most movement conserving manner. Still whipped her ass tho
Yan Mats hmm that's generally true although this bosses attacks aren't really true to that rule. Most of the attacks require rather large movements. But also quite one directional.
@@hundenhugo1 yeah, but I think they made it that way because of the movement limitations on Terraria, classic bullethells give you pretty much full control over any direction you move. Still quite an interesting, challenging and beautiful fight.

I'm not a big fan of bullet hell stuff/boss's but I gotta say, they did a really good job with the variety of her attacks. Visually it looks awesome, and her music is really cool. They didn't go too crazy with the bullet hell stuff making it impossible to maneuver, so I'm really happy with this one.

Dungeon Guardian does 1000 damage, not 9000 to prevent turtle armor exploit, but Empress of Light during day does more than enough damage to be exploited by turtle armor.

imo EoL has the best music in the game She's kind of like the "new" DF to me, because she's SO challenging, especially when you fight her as soon as she's available. I mean I had trouble fighting her in post-Moonlord gear lol
me and my friend are on our first master mode playthrough and we're attempting her during daytime because he's playing summoner, however we have 0 experience with battling her, we won't even attempt her at night until we kill her at day and it's been hell lmao tho hallowed armor helps with the dodge and brain of confusion as well, plus it feels good to know hp doesn't matter so we can be a lot less conservative with teleporting with rod of discord which we both got

I’m not mad or anything, just kind of confused. Normally, game music is one of the best features of any game, truly adding atmosphere to the environment and adding happiness, intensity, dread, sadness, etc. to whatever moment needs it. I totally get turning off music in very serious, challenging, and high-stakes fights or scenarios, or when the game music is just bad (rare but possible), but turning music off for every game just seems strange to me. I got lucky, I was tanking expert mode and my first fight with her was just after we knocked fishron and it was raining on my little mount and I could dodge her no problem. Most fun fight on Terraria by far.
7:22 im trying to get the rod of discord but rng just legit slaped me, im on journey mode(with master mode) farming the rod of discord is just stressful without the reduced grinding mod, i already tried everything, with the gnome, ladybug luck and also 10X spawn rate. i have keep my computer on for 5 hours but no luck and i ended fighting her without it and it was painfull, but fortunately there is an ashpalt block that saves my day

Me and my buddy had spent over 10 hours just dedicated to farming chaos elementals to get rod of discord, with no luck whatsoever. As soon as he and I move to PC and we get a new guy to play with us, the new guy gets it 5 minutes after farming the Hallowed. This is the same guy who got the Flying Dutchman mount first try (which has the same drop chance).

In my journey/master mode playthrough I'm doing at the moment I just got James the clothier after getting Chippy's Couch, because I was trying to farm out for it, and had an infinite source of clothier voodoo dolls
Sience i saw her i was really sceptic. She reminded me waay to much of Calamity (which i dont dispise, but i didnt enjoy it overall). Fighting her was a chore and i could safely say shes way harder than Moon Lord (maybe its cause i fought her on JMaster?). But yeah, after 3 hours of fighting her during the day to get TerraPrism (which when i killed her, she didnt dropped. Thx game, nice bug) i started to question if devs really thought out her design and what makes the game challening and fun. Tl:dr, i hate her, i feel like TerraPrism isnt worth getting.
To make Golem harder, I’d recommend that they should give him an attack where he jumps up and ground pounds to decrease jump height, damage players, slow them and cancel flying
I found out eol is after plantera and her drops are ok not good (terraprisma really good)(infinite flight thingy)but the weapons are ok like if u agree
You have to summon the empress of light right before 4:30 at in the morning (or night I don’t remember) then you have to dodge every attack because she one taps you, but if you somehow kill her without getting hit at all you get the summon.
I'm so happy to have the Terraprism. Its by far one of my favorite weapons. Also: I hate people that uses colors to express their sexuality. I mean I can't enjoy color mixes like Rainbow, Purple/white/black or pastel colors without getting asked about my sexuality.
Ideas to make golem fit the danger level he should be: 1. When his hands shoot out shoot out the 5 fingers, if you are hit by one of those get dragged back to the hand, then have it shake and if you dont break the hand’s hold in time you get slammed down and stunned 2. If you are moving around too fast his eyes do the cartoon spinny eye dizzy thing while firing lazers everywhere 3. As the fight goes on any surface he hits gets covered in traps behind a spike layer 4. When he hits an area with traps it triggers them to fire 5. A stage where he latches to the walls and rises up, having spinning heated chains move around his core like a helicopter while pulling you in 6. After half health on the hands make the stones loosen and gain a spinning disk of spikes around them plus a heat aura 7. After half health on the body have it loosen and fire out spikes that build up hazards where they hit, the spinning chains fling more spikes 8. When a hand dies it becomes a small molten sun that slows, burns, and draws you in where it was killed while dripping molten rain. 9. When the body goes into its final death section all spikes and you are drawn inward to it as it becomes a melting down core, spins around quickly, then fires them back out as spike bombs in all directions plus directed ones at you 10. As you fight him slowly increase mob spawns and spawn type difficulty as the worshipers protect it 11. An attack or continuous changing effect that goes between super darkness that shuts lights down and ultra brightness that whites your screen out (eclipse vs solar storm) and gets more and more toward the extremes as you damage it (so like 1 sec out of every 30 sec at 100% health, 29 sec at 10%???) 12. When his beams hit non-trap blocks they ricochet, when they hit traps the traps trigger 13. After the meltdown mentioned above another phase triggers with a much smaller molten gold and lava core jumping out and attacking faster with higher damage to begin, but cooling down to a slower weaker stage until solid, you then mine the solid remains for loot.
Do not fight it at day, all the attacks will one shot you. However, if you spawn her just before day without damaging her before day you will activate a different "phase". Also, if you kill her during her different "phase" you get a very special summoning item
While afk farming Crimson mimic spawned on some lava and it took damage and it didn't move even if it was taking damage after minutes I claimed free loot. So mimics wake up if player damages them but they won't if they take damage from lava.
Bro why after this patch i can't see health and mana hp? They change the graphics of the eart and star, but you have the old graphics ( of eart and mana stars).. There is a settings for change this????
7:30 I always farm for a rod of discord... while sleeping so like in two days or so I get lucky and wake up to a rod of discord laying there before it despawns to the item cap

Bullet Hells are the games when there's a lot of bullets take up most of the screen and you have to dodge the patterns to progress.

If someone wants an easy fight use spectre armour with the hood, and for a weapon use Razorpine also use Magic Cuffs and Star veil

I love how this is another boss that drops an item that helps defeat it in expert mode. Kinda like Eye Cthulhu and the shield.
I’ve always wanted a hallow boss and I think the two are great although if it had its own form of shadow orbs/crimson hearts but this works

You have to summon the empress of light right before 4:30 at in the morning (or night I don’t remember) then you have to dodge every attack because she one taps you, but if you somehow kill her without getting hit at all you get the summon.

I'm so happy to have the Terraprism. Its by far one of my favorite weapons.
Also: I hate people that uses colors to express their sexuality. I mean I can't enjoy color mixes like Rainbow, Purple/white/black or pastel colors without getting asked about my sexuality.

Ideas to make golem fit the danger level he should be:
1. When his hands shoot out shoot out the 5 fingers, if you are hit by one of those get dragged back to the hand, then have it shake and if you dont break the hand’s hold in time you get slammed down and stunned
2. If you are moving around too fast his eyes do the cartoon spinny eye dizzy thing while firing lazers everywhere
3. As the fight goes on any surface he hits gets covered in traps behind a spike layer
4. When he hits an area with traps it triggers them to fire
5. A stage where he latches to the walls and rises up, having spinning heated chains move around his core like a helicopter while pulling you in
6. After half health on the hands make the stones loosen and gain a spinning disk of spikes around them plus a heat aura
7. After half health on the body have it loosen and fire out spikes that build up hazards where they hit, the spinning chains fling more spikes
8. When a hand dies it becomes a small molten sun that slows, burns, and draws you in where it was killed while dripping molten rain.
9. When the body goes into its final death section all spikes and you are drawn inward to it as it becomes a melting down core, spins around quickly, then fires them back out as spike bombs in all directions plus directed ones at you
10. As you fight him slowly increase mob spawns and spawn type difficulty as the worshipers protect it
11. An attack or continuous changing effect that goes between super darkness that shuts lights down and ultra brightness that whites your screen out (eclipse vs solar storm) and gets more and more toward the extremes as you damage it (so like 1 sec out of every 30 sec at 100% health, 29 sec at 10%???)

Chain gun, chlorophyte bullets, shroomite armor, weird that is exactly what I use for the pillars until I get vortex beater...
While afk farming Crimson mimic spawned on some lava and it took damage and it didn't move even if it was taking damage after minutes I claimed free loot. So mimics wake up if player damages them but they won't if they take damage from lava.
Me and a friend farmed for rods of discord and he got his under 300 and I got mine under 100

If u kill her in day, she drops a really strong Somon weapon with 100% but be careful because she deals a lot more damage in day

Bro why after this patch i can't see health and mana hp? They change the graphics of the eart and star, but you have the old graphics ( of eart and mana stars).. There is a settings for change this????
Empress of light kills you in 1 hit at day but u get the best summon weapon in the game so far! It’s called the Terraprisma

7:30 I always farm for a rod of discord... while sleeping
so like in two days or so I get lucky and wake up to a rod of discord laying there before it despawns to the item cap
There’s another boss forgot what it’s called but it’s fought at the beach in a blood moon and it’s a rare fishing drop I think it’s called dread nautilus
