- In this episode of Tea with Jules, Tammin Sursok joins me for a cuppa in this brand new format! Us Aussies all know and love Tammin from her Home & Away days, but since then, she has moved to the bright lights of Los Angels and has starred in the hugely popular shows, The Young and the Restless and Pretty Little Liars.
Tammin is a mum of one, runs a blog, designs kids clothing and produces too! She is one busy little bee, so I am grateful for the time she spent chatting with me about ambition, drive and juggle street.

Tammin Sursok is Amazing! South African born,raised in Australia,yet she speaks with a perfect American Midwest accent. If you haven't seen the movie Flicka 2,and you're a fan of Tammin or a fan of horses,check this movie out. Made in 2010,Tammin plays a 16yr old girl when she was actually around 27yrs.old and she is so beautiful with such incredible genes anyone would easily believe Tammin is a 16 year old playing 16 yr.old Carrie in the film. I was shocked to learn Tammin was 27 yrs.old when acting her part in Flicka 2. She is a great actress and has a nice singing voice as well. An Amazing Lady,Tammin Sursok.
After hearing her speak,I'd have to say Tammin seems quite intelligent,wise beyond her years,&very well rounded. So outstanding in so many ways!
Wow! I never knew "Jenna" from Pretty Little Liars was aussie!!! Jules you're always bringing people on that are so unexpected & nothing short of extraordinary. I learn something new every Tea with Jules! Thank you! 💕

Amazing how Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts and cate Blanchett haven’t lost their Australian accent but this young girl has? And she’s only lived in America for half the time? Interesting...
I think it is crazy how Sophie Monk lived in the US for so much longer and still sounds totally Aussie... yet Tammin sounds full American...she has even changed her annunciation.

I know. Yet, in American interviews and home videos, she sounds Aussie. She puts it on.
Same details for Olivia Newton John and Helen Reddy, also Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts and yet none of those women after each spending 20 and 30 or more years in the US every visited home with a fake arse Yank accent.

My grandmother had 8 kids, no washing machine, no electric oven or stove. She didn't have time to wear high heels and sip tea. She didn't have time to even realise how hard her life was.
