    How much more did you have to bump up the degrees when using the flexible application pad??

    • @StahlsTV
      @StahlsTV  6 місяців тому +1

      We recommend starting with 5 degrees and going from there.

      Hi Howard! If you are looking for custom logos, we offer a variety of services in which the transfers arrive ready to apply with just a heat press. You can learn more here: www.stahls.com/custom-cut-digital-services

    Some people use no cover sheet for the first application press.

      We always recommend using a cover sheet to protect your garment in case there is anything on the upper platen you're not aware of.

    What was the sleeve board covered with?

    • @StahlsTV
      @StahlsTV  2 роки тому

      It's a lower platen cover - it comes with the sleeve/leg platen. For other sized platens - you can find those here: www.stahls.com/heat-press-lower-platen-cover

    I sublimate my own designs n heat press at 400* at 45 seconds on 100 % poly performance wear.. Will this silicone pad prevent any scorching at that temp n time ?

    • @StahlsTV
      @StahlsTV  5 років тому

      We don't recommend using the silicone pad with sublimation. Just make sure to get garments specifically made for sublimation.

    How did u get the design on the clear paper. Every time I do mine there is white behind it with my vinyl

    • @StahlsTV
      @StahlsTV  7 років тому

      This is cut only heat transfer vinyl. The red material is attached to the clear carrier. Once you cut and weed away the excess vinyl all that is left is your design and the clear carrier.

    Is Kraft paper essentially a thin card board paper?

    • @StahlsTV
      @StahlsTV  5 років тому

      The Kraft paper is closer to parchment, although it is thicker and our is lightly coated with a non-stick treatment. Please visit www.stahls.com/kraft-paper-cover-sheet for more information.

     @Stahls' TV Will this flexible application pad work with 20% Spandex and 80% Polyester for swimwear etc? And if so is it possible to order from outside the US`?

  • @KatBradley-1968
    @KatBradley-1968 Рік тому

    But you pressed the vinyl FIRST with the Kraft paper.... then pressed the same vinyl with both Kraft paper and uncoated paper...???

    • @StahlsTV
      @StahlsTV  Рік тому

      That was for demonstration purposes - the non-stick cover sheet creates a more shiny finish to the transfer while the kraft paper has a more matte finish.
