I've done dropshipping with my candles before. With dropshipping you get paid when the customer orders something on the retailers site. With wholesale the retailer is paying for all the items up front. I prefer wholesale over dropshopping.

If you have a low minimum for the customer to purchase, does this open the door for one time only sells?
It does, but I have also had customers who purchase the minimum, and they come back to order more. So It doesn't bother me to offer a low minimum.
