Love your videos. I may have said this before, but Jane, what you say at the end about giving yourself one more day, I can't tell you how significant this is. I told my son and he loved it too. We lost his brother, my son 3.5 years ago and his birthday is next week. Keep saying it, you never know who needs to hear it. On a lighter note, i like the fun you two have. ❤

Dear “Other One”: Thank you for championing DMC. I think it’s important to promote more affordable materials for stitchers who may not have the means or inclination to spend 400 to 600% more for fancy floss or silks. Love you guys. You always make me laugh.

The modern folk pattern (1817) is stitching up gorgeous!! Well they all are but that one made me think I should make it my first Modern Folk pattern.

Great video ladies! Julie punch needle goes really fast. Julie they make pencil holders & they come in a pack of 3. They look like tubes that you can slide over your punch needle. You can get them where they sell school or office supplies.Have a great week both of you.

You are both a gift to all of us. Your laughter, your stitching, your enabling :) all add to our experience in the cross stitch world. When you give your message, Jane, at the end of each video I can tell how genuinely you feel about each word you say. You never know who needs to hear those words or who they can share them with which will change a person's life. All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Oh Julie and The Other One, you two are the best. Thank you for keeping me company, especially when I have insomnia. Yes, you can recover from that. I was doing a beautiful marabella when my three-year-old grandson found my little sharp scissors and started poking holes in the win room and I had 3/4 of a stitch. He even pulled tolls where I had stitch. You can repair that you can put sticky stuff on the back. You can reweve you can do. All those things don't be discouraged.
“Give yourself just one more day” … I watch to the end every episode to hear you say that. Thank you.

Great flosstube! I hope you realize how both of you bring joy to my heart. I, too, was in a car accident last week. I was broadsided by a driver who ran a stop sign. Hopefully, my car can be repaired, but I have no injuries from the accident. It happened 1/2 block from my home. I walked home after all was cleaned up.
Don't ever apologize for having busy lives. We all stitch as our lives allow. What I stitched the night of the accident had to be ripped out the next night. It happens!

Loved hearing about the punch needle experience….but I have no more nooks or crannies to hide any more craft supplies!!! Your so much fun to watch. I have a Morgan Stand, I use it for a lap stand to do cross stitch in my recliner. It's the right height and it's easy to flip to the back while holding fabric tension well. Try it.
