I can't stop
The way I feel
Things you do
Don't seem real
Tell you what I got in mind
'Cause we're runnin' out of time
Won't you ever set me free?
This waitin' 'round's killin' me
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself
I can't get
Any rest
People say
I'm obsessed
Everything you say is lies
But to me that's no surprise
What I had for you was true
Things go wrong, they always do
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself
I won't make it
On my own
No one likes
To be alone
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself

Who's watching in 2024?
Me 😅
Quick maths!
More and more, it becomes increasingly clear that for good music you need to look back
Well, I am... That tune's outright timeless!!! 🤩🤩🤩
I am! Still very cool
Who else was having the time of their life when this song first came out?
CASEY CASEM ALWAYS PLAYED THIS WEN WAS IN FLYING UPBEAT MOOD

My first Boss who taught and trained me to become one of the best Cinematographers Cameraman back in the early 90's has gone to be with the Lord. He died in a ghastly motor accident years ago, his wife and his son survived the accident, but his beautiful wife had serious injuries as I heard.
I planned visiting him after I relocated to Lagos State, Nigeria after some years only to hear of his tragic demise that broke my heart and tears filled my eyes!
He was my first mentor, growing up in DSC, Camp Extension/ township in the 90's.
He loves playing this song and Madonna in his Nissan car then, whenever we are travelling for a video coverage of events works then.

Continue to rest in peace in the bossom of our Lord Jesus Christ , and may God continue to comfort your family.
You were a good man,

This was my time now I’m 56 with cancer and diabetes but this music takes me back to a better time . I can close my eyes and remember my great body and big hair and I’m happy 😃
Good luck. Hope you can beat the cancer
I am in remission, fought it for 4 years, I am 73. Hang in there, I had to take one day at a time, I joked a lot, and tried to laugh when I could. Believe me, it kept me going. I also did a lot of praying. God Bless

I remember a few years ago I asked on Facebook "can anyone recommend some good old fashion tunes" and my mother replied to me with this song. Since then my mother has passed and this song has now become something special for me. Love this so much.
Same thing for me but my dad introduced me to this song when I was 7 :) he's passed on now but all the songs he showed me are now all my favorite.
You want old fashioned???? Try after the ball. It was a big hit in 1910
Oh no
Old fashioned???
Your mother had great taste
I'm 14 years old, and I love listening to these songs, I feel like I'm in the 80s, it's because of the influence of my father, who loves this kind of music too😂
You must be lucky to have a cultured father
These songs are the shit. You are lucky to get to love them like the rest of us do. Carry on young son!
You are on the right track. Keep listening to those fantastic songs, and don’t forget the 1970s music. For me those times were magical.

That magical period between the 80s and 90s. The late 80s and very early 90s was amazing.
except for the music videos - but yes, i agree with you. haha
True! 😍
I was born in 94 but the 80s music speaks to me
70s and 80s were better. Select songs before and after that.
Music was on another level
Released in the summer of 1989 when I got married. Great song that takes me right back to my honeymoon in Turkey. Now 32 years later I am nursing my sick husband to celebrate our last Christmas together. What a blast it has been. Gone so fast.
God bless you sister
No words. Go well both of you. You have a wonderful song to love together
Oh that is so sad
God bless you both.
God rest him. I pray both of you know the Lord Jesus Christ so you can all be together, God be with you both.
I'm 49 and this still slaps
My pit bull “Loco” loved this song. He was partially deaf, from being rescued from a fighting pit as a pup. He could somehow hear this guys voice. He would be 300 in dog years today. This was played at his funeral.
Thanks for sharing.
We never forget our fur family ❤
That’s because the guy could actually sing and it sounds good 😊
oh wow, that is very sweet:) and made me smile with somewhat restored faith in humanity even though it's about a funeral❤
The vibrations of the guitar. He must of loved it.
My niece passed away 7/18/23. She would have turned 36 on Thanksgiving Day. we had fun singing this song. So much fun. Thank you God for the years of laughter, music and fun you gave us ❣️

My baby sister was born the year this came out. I was in my mid-teens at the time, and when watching her, if she'd cry, I'd dance and sing this song to her. She stopped crying every time! We still have a special bond, and I love the memories this song brings.

We didn’t really think so at the time. The sixties and ling seventies seemed to have better music. But yeah, there were standouts like this. Roland Gift was also about the most beautiful-looking human being anywhere.
Except for Sadé, who was hands down the most beautiful.
80s music easily spread to every part of the world, breaking down language and culture barriers without the help of the internet. I'm South African and this song was a usual feature on our airwaves throughout the 90s.

Hi Michael
80s was the best!
This song owned your ears in the late eighties. You heard it every day. It was in commercials, soundtracks, your friend made you a mixtape with it, your mom played it on the radio on the way to school. It didn’t matter if you liked it or not. You were going to hear it.
And don't forget MTV, I seem to remember that everytime I turned MTV on this was playing or coming up after this word from our sponsors. Downtown Julie Brown.

This song immediately transports us to a time full of energy, style and rebellion. It reminds us of the fashion of the 80s, with its voluminous hairstyles, its bright colors and its easygoing attitude. It evokes images of parties, discos and frenetic dancing. It makes us feel the excitement and fun of a golden age in pop music.
But the nostalgia we feel for "She She Drives Me Crazy" goes beyond its aesthetics and its sound. This song represents a time when music was an integral part of our everyday lives. There were no streaming platforms or social networks, and music was enjoyed on the radio, on vinyl records and on MTV video clips. Each song had its own meaning and its own story, and became the soundtrack of our lives.

Can listen to this over and over. I actually am right now.
Soon to be banned in the USA for assuming someone's gender.
@@abnnuzzinicholasclay686 didn't that die out after 2017?
This song, for the time it was written, was an absolute ahead-of-its-time gem.
It was actually more like the music of the early 80s by 89 it was a little dated. The 1980s for those of us there was full of great music...songs that didnt chart back than...im discovering now and thwyre amazing!
@@Anthony-Testicali I heard it in the early 2000's. its was beast!
Still is Roland Gift is a Legend
Wasn't really "ahead of time." That time was mostly what everyone thinks they're trying to achieve now. Todays social persona is so unfortunately regressive. It's like some dystopian version of the 1940's and 50's. I wish young people today could feel as free as we did back then.
Nah this song holds on to the new wave sound that was more prominent in the early 80s.
Fave song by the Fine Young Cannibals: “Johnny Come Home”! xoxo The Clarences
When a collection of bad hair lines come together and create an absolute banger. Legit music history. 2024🖖✌️
This song is legendary and still on 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Who is listening to this in 2021
34 years later and this song still seems fresh to me.
I cannot get enough of this song one of the best at a great era for music and cars!
Fine Young Cannibals, was dancing to this brilliant song at the local disco in Nahariya, Israel, in 1989!!! Feel like crying, takes me right back to that wonderful time!!! I'm back here in Israel but it´s not the same....I WILL ALWAYS LOVE THIS LAND!!!!
It's not even your land
@@keepinitreal164 Did I ever say it was my land? Some people are always looking for a fight... And you're one of them, whomever you may be
God Bless U brother.. Israel is the Lord's Holy Land. Together we can pray to keep this world a better place🙏
@@carlosandreshurtadoperez4988 Must be Palestine supporter that's why he said that! 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
One of the greatest songs of the 80’s,Roland Gift had such a unique voice & those guitars rock!!
It's a one hit wonder from the 80s nothing to go gaga about
@@drewmccoy7296 wow, you're a moron mate. They were not a one-hit wonder by any means. Maybe in cousin-dating territory, but not in the rest of the world
@@andyronayne7947 you go gurl
His sound kind of reminds me of the lead singer of Londonbeat
This is a timeless track.. it will never age, it will live on where I will be dust blowing in the afternoon breeze. Where this song will be reverberating off the walls of my grandchildren's grandkids ❤
❤
