Right division "unlocked" my life merely two years ago, but in these past two years my christian walk in the grace of God was so pleasing like never before. OMG...I got so insulted yesterday when in a Christian group on facebook..I tried to introduce the idea of rightly dividing..it is a group that is all about marriage and divorce and trying to work out the truth about it..I must admit I went through all that as well..being a divorced woman I wanted to know the truth about it all..I studied marriage and divorce for a couple of years..the ins and outs..the old and new testament, the Hebrew, Messianic culture etc etc...till I ended up putting on the shelf...too much contradiction...but now...rightly dividing we can go straight to Paul and see what he has to say!..I tried to make it easy for the people in this group.I thought it would help... I was attacked to viciously..I was called a false teacher and other names...I'm not even a teacher, let alone a false one!...well don't know if I want to share this stuff anymore..people's reaction is so violent!...they cling to the words of Jesus...as if he's talking to them..when you know the truth it seems crazy! Oh well, guess I get to keep my treasure to myself!

Dear Pastor Rodney - I was hoping you would have explained 5:13 "The church that is at Babylon..." : would you mind telling me what that means...where is the "at" in regards to the Babylon of which Peter is speaking? Barbara, the word church there is interchangeable with assembly. Peter was talking about the Jewish assembly at Babylon which by the way was probably the largest group of Jews outside of Israel. Many Jews had stayed in Babylon after the Babylonian captivity and there might have been many converts also.
Hi Pastor Rodney. Since you're in 1 Peter can you expand some on 1Perer 2:9-12? I'm 99% sure he's addressing the Jews but there is this 1% that bothers me about vs 10. Thank you Sir.
I Peter 2:10 Is speaking of Israel just as you believe. Remember there are 2 Israels - the believing Israel and the unbelieving Israel. Also whenever Israel or Gentiles are spoken of, we the body of Christ are not there or involved. Col 3:11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
Can you explain who are these 'spiritual Jerusalem' some are talking about? Are we in the tribulation? Is the AntiChrist here already? What are your thoughts on these? With regards to the sign in the sky(constellation)in the book of Revelation 12, it seems it will be on Sept 23 2017. They used a certain 'application' where we can see and learn the movement of stars.
What spiritual Jerusalem are you speaking of? The Body of Christ is not spiritual Israel. No we are not in the Tribulation. The anti-christ may be here but he will not be revealed until after the rapture. as far as constellations and signs, there are no signs for the catching away of the Body of Christ. Many of set dates in the past years. They've all been wrong.

I don't watch on youtube, but out of the blue, I opened it and Ravi Zacharias caught my attention. And one of his uploads I watched was 'Catholicism is a cult?' It shooked my peaceful life and started looking for an answer. During that time, many shocking uploads like rapture, which I never heard before, end times news, prophecies, illuminati, AntiChrist etc. All these were overwhelming. At that time, Robert Breaker's upload was there on youtube and I started studying the bible by watching him on youtube. He was firm with rightly dividing the bible. 1 Peter 2:10 is the fulfilment of Genesis 12:2.....God calling out 1 man (Abram) to become 1 people (nation).
