Loen Skylift in Norway (FULL 6 Minute Journey)

Recently did a cruise through the Norwegian Fjords and the best part by far was experiencing the Loen Skylift near Olden.
As you can see from this video, the views are absolutely breathtaking when you get further towards the top of the mountain.

Drove by this a couple of weeks ago and it's wild how steep the ascent is. Never seen a gondola that steep.

I agree! It is extremely steep, but totally worth doing!

After reaching the top, are able to roam around up there?
Is there a trail of some sorts?

When I visited in 2017 you were able to exit the observation deck/building and walk around freely. There wasn't a designated trail when I visited, but then again there was a lot of snow so it could have been hidden. This may have changed though over the last few years as I visited just after it opened and not a lot of people knew about it back then, so they may have added trails since then what with more tourists visiting.
