Carys, I have been following you since 2017-2018. I have watched you go through marriage and having two babies and you’ve gotten me through a lot of rough mama times! You’re so kind to your body and it helps me remind myself that I am enough as I am! After having two babies myself, I have lost SO much confidence in myself and my body. My point is, I feel like we’ve grown together even though we don’t know each other in life. I love and appreciate you girl!!❤

I think you are such an inspiration.. some women bounce back after a baby (my Aunt did), some take a while (my mum) and some have permanent changes (I got a bum and hips that I never had before pregnancy).. and you show us the confidence, by being.. " Yeah my body is different, but my body is perfect still, and I wear this now, like this...." and you look great and are giving us women our confidence back. And its been a while since I had kids, but I was very sick recently, put on a lot of weight, but I'm finally getting better And nearly lost it all again, but its amazing how hard it is to get your confidence back. I love your vibrant and encouraging personality ❤❤❤ you are a booster.❤❤ thank you. 👍
I can imagine that it takes a toll on your confidence - it takes a while to adjust to a new body(image). However, I also think it's kinda cool that as a woman your body changes and you get to experiment with different styles as your body changes. Something that might not have suited your previous body type (but you did like) can look amazing now!

Hi! I love your hauls. You show the item and on to the next. It's perfect. Like that color matching. That dark terracotta balloon sleeve top and the other brownish tops were pretty on you. Side note: your legs are amazing. I could squat and lift heavy weights everyday for the next three years and not get that toned. Thanks for sharing.

Looks great, really, nice outfits. But maybe it´s time to start special diastase routine exercises. I have same type of postpartum belly, it took more then year, its not like was before, but its better. Diastase is healthy problem for most of women, because causes poor posture, pain in the middle of the body, joint pain, migraines, spinal problems (lumbar pain), high risk of prolapse, umbilical hernia, lack of organ protection, digestive and intestinal problems, dysfunction of almost every muscle from the pelvis to the head. Be carful of yourself.
