Yes for sure, I pretty much started from my passion for makeup hair fashion. Now to create a channel I would say Just do it, do your research and put time into it. Watch tons of youtube videos on how to grow, find a niche, see if you can take your viewers off youtube to a mailing list etc, i'm always growing and haven't arrived , i probs won't ever:) always growing
