- 2D Mario is back, baby!
I'm super stoked to jump into the Flower Kingdom with some old friends and some new faces as well! I haven't been able to get that darn trailer theme out of my head, so you know what that means- remix time! The vocal synths in the trailer theme were immediately so iconic to the identity of this game that I just knew that I had to recruit the help of the WONDERful ACappellaVGM, who makes amazing arrangements of iconic game music with just his voice. I've been a fan of his for quite a while now, so it was awesome to meet him and work with him on this! We still haven't heard the entire overworld theme for this game, this arrangement was based on a fusion of the first theme at the beginning of the trailer fused with what we can assume is the athletic theme that is present in the final section. I had a bunch of fun cramming as many Mario tune references as possible into this thing, so see if you name them all!

The original song was already amazing, but you guys somehow just made it so much better, this remix sounds absolutely *spectacular!!* Both of your styles could not go any more perfectly with it, this song was practically made for your style and ACappellaVGM's vocals sound absolutely amazing too! I especially love all the references you put in here, they make it sound so unique in the best way possible.
Listening to this brings me so much happiness, it just sounds so full of joy and it makes me love it more than words can express

It's funny. The main bit of 3D World IS at 2:32, but right before it is some steel drums that are the intro to Super Bell Hill at 2:25. Almost as if it's teasing that it's coming up next. This remix marks the 50th song in my NoteBlock playlist! I would like to personally thank you for all the great music you've created.
I remember a remix of "Brainiac Maniac" by some guy named NoteBlock showed up in my recommended one day, and I thought it was awesome. Later on, I saw that you had remixed the Angry Birds theme, so I gave it a listen (mostly because Angry Birds was a huge part of my childhood). Soon, I discovered all the great music on this channel, bringing me here today.
Listening to your music has helped me focus on things and get things done. It's also just so fun to listen to.

Elephant Mario is probably gonna be the wierdest idea for a powerup since the Super Crown (god what were they thinking with the Crown...). I wonder how its gonna work
I feel like it's gonna end up being a character specific thing (like the Super Crown). They're doing a lot of new stuff with this game so I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being the first instance of one type of power-up with different variations for each character, each becoming a different animal and each functioning a little differently from one another.
@@joeld.2004 character specific powerups I dont mind. That's awesome and encourages playing as multiple characters. I just can help but feel like the Crown seems like it's just r34 bait
