I just LOVE your heart and passion for God, family, homeschooling, and old ways. I have homeschooled for over 22 yrs and still homeschool our adopted 3 young children (ages 4, 6, 7). I just love all things homeschool!!

That is great! I've homeschooled for 25 years with 17 years to go(3 grands we are raising). Busy busy! Trusting God for the grace and strength to keep going.❤

My daughter is thriving with your preschool program- right now it’s the only “school” she wants to do. She literally asks for it by “the pretty girls throwing the ball work” ❤I pop on your blog often excitedly anticipating the second part!!!!!

I love this video and so appreciate your Mom’s perspective as well! I look forward to your next video because that is definitely a big struggle in our homeschool.

Love the last point! My son struggles so much with reading, I tried everything for two years, turned out, he needed glasses 😆

Wow, your mom is full of wise words for the homeschooling mom. My son will be in "TK," next week. I was thinking how will I homeschool him? He's very active, needs to be moving at all times, and with my daughter she is opposite. So, I'm looking forward to you doing a video on how to homeschool boys. We do have a mini children's trampoline, and I will be bringing that out tomorrow before and during breaks for our homeschool (and throughout the day if needed!) On another note, I ordered the CM math for my workbook-type daughter, and she LOVES it! She is thriving with Math Mammoth so we do CM math after our other subjects and she thinks it's so fun! I believe it really challenges her to think mentally instead of visually seeing it in a workbook. We're going to try out Rod and Staff for English since the format is the same. Thank you for suggesting that! It's been a blessing to add in a different method of math that's fun for her! She actually asked me if we could do more math problems from CM math!

Thank you! I’m so grateful for UA-cam and that you can share your mothers wisdom with us first generation homeschool moms. We do have flexibility that public school moms don’t have so the advice I receive from your mom is different to a mom whose kids went through the school system. My mother in law just tells me how they get really tired doing school but there’s not really anything I can do about it but keep pushing through. My in brother and sister in laws are in Australia and their kids go to a Christian school and they get really tired and overwhelmed a few weeks into starting school but it’s so different as a homeschool mom as there are things we can do to help . Your video helped me understand that better as I have a tendency to keep pushing when I should be having a break etc. Thank you!

I truly pray God brings a friend like you into my life. 🥹 Thank you for taking the time to deep dive into the questions. These are such great ideas! Also random side note…God totally used this video as a confirmation for me in another regard! I’ve felt God leading me to the workout of rebounding (jumping on a mini trampoline) for me and my kids, so I felt this was a confirmation! Wasn’t expecting you to mention that at all! 😂🥰
