EP-13 - Leaking prop shaft seal and a few other frustrations

After getting the boat out of the slip a few times, we're finding now that the Prop Shaft seals seem to be shot and there's a bit of a leak. Good thing we recently installed a new automatic bilge pump or we might have sunk this thing right in the slip!
