Loooove this! I found Oomori back in 2015 and was completely OBSESSED with her album Pink. Was in college at the time and took a couple of her song lyrics to my Japanese professor to help me translate and she was... disturbed lol

Its fake. Its obviously created to appeal to the fanbase. An idol peeking into girls toilets and admiting to it? This is like some wrestlemania level stuff hahah im surprised anyone believes it.

@@TheLastPierrot The fact that practically almost the ENTIRE original group members left one after the other, except about 2, means that something's definitely going on. And the thing about it is, literally every member that left is still on great terms with each other. Many still make music and are still rather popular. In fact, many have done song collabs and features and they all still hang out with each other outside of music. Soooo, if they'r really still friends but still left the group then the missing link has to be Oomori, right? Just saiyan
Though, it could just be a case of disagreements with the evolution of the group itself. ZOC is supposed to be anti idol mocking idol culture but in the end became like a real idol group

I always watch YT vids in the background while walking around so am a bit negligent about coming back, sitting down and leaving a comment but I just want to say this whole series is REALLY well done - saying this as someone who doesn't follow otaku idol culture at all or know anything about these groups or individuals, but you tell the stories in a compelling way that makes them interesting. Excellent job on this and please keep them coming!

I saw a video of Seiko performing ZOC's "Family Name" solo on piano. I realized she really did write that song and totally performed it exactly like the record with her and piano. Very impressive. Great video.

Would you ever cover an idol group like zenbukiminoseida? Im a huge fan of them, there's only one member who has stayed in the group for so long and that fascinates me 🥺

Its really sad to hear about what Maro had to endure from her boss. I love Oomori Seiko's song JUSTadICE, didn't even recognize her name at first, but I always liked that Black Clover op best.

kitixxxgaia is one of my favourite albums of all time, I like how she often goes off the wall with her music.
I also like her collabs with noko from shinsei kamattechan, they're a match made in heaven.

It's interesting how a lot of these artists are troubled. Throughout this incredible presentation, I kept thinking about Kanano and Katie. As always, you do a fantastic job.

you all have to watch a series called "raise de wa chanto shimasu.." which features her songs as OP for S1 & S2, also Scandal's 'Tonight' as ED1 song.

I put oomori seiko into the Google translate and it says "Large serving of sex". I mean... It kinda fits into her vibe if it's her stage name, but it looks like her actual name?!

    • @analog-pixel

      That's not what it means
      大(reads "oo") = big, 森 (mori) = forest, 靖 (sei) = (not a word by itself but) peaceful, 子(ko) = child
The translation you got is for this 大盛性交
