As professional as they are, fatigue, probably from travel, seems to have taken a toll on some voices. Which shows me the HUMAN aspect in their singing. They are called "performace flaws" by many. I call it...REAL! They are fantastic!
I can’t believe some viewers have the nerve to criticize Jakob. He obviously has a sore throat and probably a temperature. Yet here he is singing his heart out for us. Have you no mercy?
Java Jive reminds me of Sentimental Journey. I love both these songs, I sang the later for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. It was one of their favorite songs.
I feel sorry for Jakob! Obviously has a tired, or sick voice for this performance yet must continue. Admirable, but I wish they could have put off the performance to have an ultimately better one!
It's always a question of whether your audience will/can come back if you reschedule. And when you're touring or on the road, you might not have much ability to postpone, so it's either cancel and lose money or power through as best you can and risk a sub-optimal show.
@Paul Thompson I have heard the "remastered" version many times and immediately noticed, that here they started lower here. I just checked and on the "remastered" version they started on a D, here they nearly started on a C# which (in my opinion) you can clearly hear on the bass because its not so voluminous as in the "remastered" version. But 44:10 was definitely a weird moment when Jakob tried to raisy simultaneously with Rasmus even though he should have still held that tone longer. But shit happens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@KevinPfeifer Nope, I think he just needed more breath ! He's a bit off for this entire performance, it's tough to do a full show when your voice isn't responding like you're used it.
Oh wow and it made them finish the rest of the song flat. Dang, that's gotta suck. You can see on Jakob's face how worried he is lol. Still an amazing performance though :)
It is tiring to learn to listen to dissonance. It takes practice. Listening to things like this, where the dissonance is meaningful and soon resolved, is excellent practice.
The Swede speaking excellent English and broken Spanish to a Spanish audience...I love European languages!!! and the music!!!!!! Wonderful!!!

"Where they are" - 1:12, holy crap, what a note! And this is only the beginning, oh boy. The Ringmasters are just on another level

I love them singing Black Bird
Really reminds me of the Swingles Blackbird/I Will medley
Emanuel just sings the same note on every offbeat for amost the entire song lmao

What an excellent show! I'd love to see a full Ringmasters concert!
thanks for posing juan one of the most polished quartet ever
Fantastic!! Amazing talent - harmonies - unity!! Verdaderamente campeones!!!!
What a way to spend an hour.
Love it the ink spots song great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just WOWWWW!!! These guys are unbelievable!!!
Excellent. Thankyou for sharing.
I am So amazed!💓👍I just Loved this!💖💖💖
Excelente!!!! Son los mejores!!!! a pesar del Medley Notre Dame!!!!!...
Best Quartet ever !!!!!
I think this just puts into perspective how incredible it is when they perform a complex piece pitch perfect.
Awesome sound and video mate.
Excelente
3:45, wow
increíblemente geniales
espectacular! !

yeah , he kind of leaves Rasmus hanging in the tag of You Can Fly. He bails early on the last note. Poor guy, he's still the best
Imagine having to do a 45 min. show at that level with voice issues. Hats off to Jakob as a fellow quartet lead.

AWSUM. Yummy yummy yummy. More! More!
Extraordinary
This is the third time I've watched this.
44:10 interesting choice of notes!
So unfortunate to hear that after this:

44:12 proof that they are not aliens
Age does it's thing right?
11:38 is still one of the most messed up fifths I've ever heard
Damn, tough crowd.
Ridiculously tough, idk how anyone can be a tough crowd with these guys tho
@@mainbreaker1246 why tough?
Chizo because when they were in front of a good crowd they clapped and cheered a lot more than these guys, this audience barely reacted to anything
@@mainbreaker1246 maybe because they doesnt understood the lyrics of the songs, it's hard to laugh only to the body language gestures
@@mainbreaker1246 remember this was in spain, i'm sure they liked the songs and thats the most important thing
im getting real jealous o the 4 guys!
love them but jealous
Really remarkable performance, especially considering English is not their native tongue.
51:00 RIP
i mean they still are touring, just with a different bass
19:54 !!!!!
I always have to think about those old Disney movies🤔😂
Always appreciate BS and falsetto
I miss Martin

The fake tag on Notre Dame Medley - Yikes! Martin was slightly flat, and it messed Emmanuel up. Still awesome!

Its so bad I thought they just did it in a different key
Give it a rest - it's a live performance, Not a recording
It was awesome
You're right, it is a fantastic concert - it's so good to have it here.
Chasroth It's also an HOUR-long concert... C'mon...
His one hour Spanish learning session made this very hard to listen to, though the singing is fantastic.
i am ashamed they can speak at least 3languages and some natives cant even speak 2 sentences of english
35:77 thank me later
II DarkScull II - for what? Lol that’s not even a time
I do not know why they are pushing for dissonant sounds . It is hard to sing , and I tired in of listening. He takes all the charm of the song !
Which song? And do you sing much with parts? I'm just curious what your circumstances are as a musician to not appreciate this.
??
That is the whole point of barbershop - to create harmonic dissonance, hold it in balance, and then resolve it.
It is tiring to learn to listen to dissonance. It takes practice. Listening to things like this, where the dissonance is meaningful and soon resolved, is excellent practice.
Whatever it is ….i love it. I listen to them by the hour. There must be a few other like-minded fans,. Otherwise they wouldn’t be word champions.
