6:55 it's nascar's camping world truck series. Its nascar's 3rd highest series below the xfinity and cup series. It's basically a feeder series. If you want to move up in nascar you have to prove yourself in truck.

@@foebwildn3757 yea. People give f1 shit for people paying their way into a seat but in cup series like 1/4 of the guys their payed to get a ride. It's why I hate seeing decent drivers lose their ride while limp dick and fuck nugget who always come dead last keep their ride. It's the only bad part about motorsports. Even if you are the best in the world as long as you have no money your are not gonna get a ride anywhere. You might be able to race at local tracks and compete in late model or sprint cars but you won't reach the top.

The guy at 3:35s name is AJ Allmendinger, hes got 3 wins in Nascars 2nd series (Xfinity Series) this year and is currently the points leader. He also has raced 4 time this year in the main series and actually scored a win 2 weeks ago, very talented guy.

as a motorsports guy let me answer some of your questions:
3:23 the drivers last name is AJ Allmendinger, but JJ thinking it was sum else was jokes
4:17 he wasn't showboating, he was out of fuel and lost the lead coming out of the final corner
5:45 is a category we have in Australia called the Stadium Trophy Trucks, and they set up ramps around the track which is why he was a meter off the deck (but i agree they started the clip way late)
6:43 was the Audi R8 safety car, the clip went viral a few years back for obvious reasons
6:54 JJ was almost right, they're a derivative of NASCAR's, same sort of thing but in a truck form

4:17 technically Van Gisbergen didn't lose the lead on the last corner, however it was still on the last lap. That was just Steven Johnson getting sideways overtaking him cause he was going so slow

as a big motorsports fan and also a driver in F4 i love seeing the reactions and also the questions you guys have. like at around 4:15 that V8 supercars driver ran out of fuel coming out of the last corner. that big jumping truck was a trophy truck, they race some street circuits with ramps on parts of the tracks and stuff (no idea which trophy truck series it was bc theres a few).
that "police car" was a safety car, which is used to slow and set the pace of the racers behind it when theres an accident on track that needs crew to come on track and remove it. slows the pace so the guys can clear that mess safely. the trucks you asked about being NASCAR are indeed NASCAR but people don't know that theres different NASCAR series, like the xfinity cup series, and theres also a NASCAR truck series too. crazy this video is a year old!

@6:28 super bike racer #55 Darren Lindsey died not long after that race during another IRRC event. (Irish road racing championship) he was a phenomenal rider and genuine nice guy. RIP Darren you will be missed.
