I'm surprised my friends were able to get me into any fighting game, and it was Guilty Gear XRD Rev2.
And by some magical miracle they all thought my first character would be Elphelt. And they guessed right, for some reason. But, yeah, as they say "love at first sight" played out.
At the current moment I only have 15 hours in the game, while my companions have under 200-300. But surprisingly, I'm getting something out of it.
Thanks for such a detailed description of some combinations of attacks. I'll be revisiting you from time to time.

If it's Guilty Gear related, you can check dustloop.com. They have great tutorial esp the basics of the game. Once you're familiarized with the terms and mechanics, I suggest picking up Sol or Ky first, as they are the resident Shotos of the game. After getting used to, you can try Elphelt next. [El can be a little tricky and is a execution heavy character (she is a Stance Character)].

the fact that playing with the ai require bare minimum skill to beat while playing against real player i barely able to do a single basic set up , not mention 90 % of my time stuck in the corner trying to block , any time i able to do some damage just pure luck at this point unless i fight against some chad know im bad that they dont block and let me do the basic set up is the only time i able to do something . I might have to switch to potemkin at this point ( 56 match )

I always have trouble landing the air combo into shotgun wallstick, mainly the last hit of the air combo, I can't seem to land it, is there a jump cancel that I have to do during the air combo? (i'm playing rev2 btw)
StayNight yup there is a jump cancel. But sad to say it is character specific. But what I do is the last input of the air combo is jHS, then throw your pineberry. Commonly this works with the middle and heavy weight characters.

I have a problem with consistency with her shotgun wall sticks. I know to wait until she raises it up but sometimes it just doesn't work for me mid combo.
Hi! Sorry for the late reply.
Usually the maximum Charged Shotgun (with wallstick) you can do is 3x. But it all depends on the enemy's hurtbox. You tend to lose the combo with lightweight characters, so just do 2x Charge Shotgun just to be safe. :)
Can someone explain to me the inputs? "5k, 5s" etc. I play on pad.
SoMuch Soul 5k means ur in neutral kick, 5s means neutral slash. The numbers represent the directions
