You read my mind!!! I was going to ask if Auto 1 could be slowed down to simulate a spotlight for the first dance. I guess that’s the closest you can get. That remote seems less tedious than the IRC6 remote. Thanks for the Demo
My experience with Donna wireless dongles is occasional interference in some areas. Wire is best.

Thanks for posting this video I’ve been looking for lights Such as these with simplicity! I have various lights from Ape Labs and love the ease of use and simplicity without having to program the DMX. Can you post a video as to setting up the master and slave using the wireless Donner

@@djjerryg_soundexpressenter5874 good question. You actually could control both lights at the same time with just the RF remote and no donner...the lights are all program the same so if you have it in auto mode 1 it will go through the same exact motion every time you toggle to that particular show. So essentially you can have 2 or more lights do the exact same thing by toggling through the show modes while both or more lights are on. You can do this with the Pan/Tilt inversion on.
The main challenge is in sound active mode...unfortunately because the movements are somewhat random, the lights don’t sync up hence the need for the donner.
If you don’t care about the lights matching during sound active then you don’t need anything but the RF remote.

Hello, I just received my lights snd I bought the Donner like you described. Does one light need to be set as master and other slave So I can get it to move in unison especially in music mode (sound active mode)?

Thanks for the review ...I have been waiting for a review for months ...was going to buy them but was scared that no one had made a review on them ...so in your opinion they worth the money ..so the auto shows are good and easy to use correct
Yes the auto shows are good. It’s bright and well made. I love em. If you’re going to use them with a DMX controller definitely consider the Spot 150 which is 2X as bright and you can control them via the wireless JMAZ dmx controller(no RF though)
I initially connected using the supplied dmx cable and they work in unison, when I hook up the Donners Slave unit will not work in strobe mode only the master works in strobe mode, what am I doing wrong?
I played back your video and I noticed one of your units which I believe is the slave did the same thing when you hit strobe mode it didn’t do anything only the master.
**UPDATE, I noticed other functions such as dimmer besides strobe not working on the slave unit with the Donners but works perfectly with Dmx cable???
I even tried changing channels on the Donners.
What’s your experience?
Thanks again brother. One last thing, in the video you mentioned you did a pan tilt and an invert in the settings. If using the remote what function does that setting have if the remote is telling it what to do when using the remote buttons.
Sorry for all the questions, I’m trying to get them ready and familiarize myself for this weekends event.
The Pan tilt reverse isn’t controlled by the remote so once you set it, it will stay that way regardless of what auto run mode/show mode you put it in

Evolves are great for me. Anything 200 and below you’re good...check out the jmix from RCF tho, some people say they have a better sound/bass

Wie hast du das hinbekommen, dass sich der Moving Head wirklich nur auf der Tanzfläche bewegt mit der Fernbedienung? Das ist doch so gar nicht möglich oder. Meistens bewegen die sich doch in alle Richtungen. Kannst du mir das erklären

@@jesustirado743 Yo-yo...so you want to Press menu the up to Auto Run then enter then up to Music Run then enter then select your program then enter...from here you can press the up or down button to select “master” or “alone”...select master for the light you will be plugging in your donner wireless transmitter (the master)...on the other light plug in the receiver and you should be good to go...pro tip: I turned the RF remote off for the slave light to not get the lights confused (if that’s a thing lol)...let me know if that helps...I’ll post a video
If I add uplighting in the totem poles and put a receiver will they change colors like the spot do ? So I get the same colors as the spots ?

...and I can use any transmitter and reciever to make this work correct?

Yes if you’re running dmx
The beauty about these lights though is you don’t actually need to run dmx to control both at the same time…the remote if used within 30ft of each light will go make the lights go through the same auto programs at the same time so it looks synced

Don’t disagree with that at all…I use soundswitch when I don’t want to mess around with a dmx controller if I’m using moving heads
Otherwise for 99% of my gigs these days I’m using my arsenal of Ape Labs lights with 1 remote…boom no dmx at all 👍🏾

Today I just receive these lights I was so excited for these lights ...play with them for two hours ...pack them up right to ship it back ..this light not worth the money in my opinion ..save up your money and get the real deal adj focus spot 4z ....the auto shows are not even that good ..when it comes to moving heads there’s nothing like dmx and controlling your own lights ..if you don’t wanna use dmx get the adj pocket pro cheaper less brightness but better auto shows and cheaper price ...adj and Chauvet is only brand I trust ...maybe I was just expecting more for my money ...
