Sam Wilson's new MCU suit has been revealed, and it seems to suggest that Captain America: Brave New World will be repeating Marvel Studios' best Captain America story. Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson finally embraced his new role as Captain America in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, continuing the legacy of Chris Evans' Steve Rogers, who retired at the end of Avengers: Endgame. Instead of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier season 2, Sam Wilson is set to return to the MCU in 2025's upcoming Captain America: Brave New World, marking his theatrical debut as the MCU's new star-spangled man-with-a-plan.
Captain America: Brave New World will see Sam Wilson's Captain America team up with Danny Ramirez's Joaquín Torres, the new Falcon, and Harrison Ford's President Ross to take on the threat of Tim Blake Nelson's Samuel Sterns, a.k.a. Leader. Marvel Studios' CinemaCon presentation in April 2024 revealed new story details for Captain America: Brave New World, and a first look at Sam Wilson and President Ross. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier saw Sam Wilson get a vibranium suit, but Captain America: Brave New World has already upgraded this costume, hinting at the potential themes of the Phase 5 project.

Sam Wilson was captain america at some point, that's not the issue. The problem is that Marvel established that the old Hulk movies are canon to the same universe and they cast Harrison Ford for the role of Ross instead of Sam Elliott. That was fucked up.
Which reminded me that Betty was never mentioned in any Mark Ruffalo iteration of the character, which is also fucked up. Banner do everything for her, and the Hulk too.
Let's hope they give a X-Men 97 treatment to everything MCU related from now on. Lord knows the Hulk and Thor needs it.

Truthfully, the original Supersoldier couldn't take on Hulk; nor could Thor; so Red Hulk is pointless unless they're going to bring in the original Green Hulk to fight him. At which point this is no longer about CA2.
