I had a 460 with a 560 gas engine i really liked the fasthitch , and yeah i know about rearend problem had to replace housing bearings to roller bearings that had been the problem with the first ones . It had been repaired once before but they put the old ball bearings back in it . Good ole tractor wish I hadn't traded it in for a 686 . I miss both of them ,you don't think of that at the time . That fast hitch was great to pick up equipment that had ended up on the ground
About to do the same my grandpa gave my dad 460 L.P. Said head gasket or cracked sleeve. Hopefully it's just head gasket and I can get the head worked over valves, seals, surface decked etc. Thanks for giving me some good inspiration

Good luck!
Thanks for posting. I would love to browse through your "collection" of tractors. It looks like you're also a Ford truck fan. And nice new shop.
i might have to do a tractor tour salvage and all
Thanks for that video.
For about a decade I owned a Cub.
I needed a hammer for the float, and the voltage regulator.
Otherwise it ran nice.
You're welcome glad you liked it
Those side panels pull right off once unscrewed, easier next time you have to change battery than holding up with one hand or your head!
Can't keep the old tractors down they could run forever
yes they could
