True. A lot of the girls were more deserving in 2012. I mean, bashing aside, I never really felt that Olivia was prepared to compete in this pageant back then. Look at how the other ladies walked. Olivia’s walk is one of the weakest in the millennial years of MU.

Miss Venezuela’s answer wasn’t the best and cost her the title. She was the heavy favorite from the start and denied Venezuela their 8th Miss Universe crown!

Janine is expressing so much like a queen. She had that moment and I am still frustrated why she didnt get that crown. Venezuela is consistent with their projection and that awesome pasarela. They are always my favorite.

I'm not a pageant expert, but I'm an avid fan of Miss Universe.
For me that year 2012 has some great ladies in the Top 10.
Almost all ladies basically blew me away.
However that lady in red doesn't or shouldn't even belong in the Top 10.
I mean, I wish anyone from the Top 10 would have won the title but not Miss USA.
I love Olivia Culpo now but based on her performance in MU2012, I still can't fathom her triumph.

Lucas Xaxier, you are right. it’s not about the walk. but walking confidently and projecting an aura of confidence is part of the whole package. Let’s not kid ourselves here, for someone who won the title, her walk was one of the most unenthusiastic and most boring walks I’ve ever seen. This is Miss Universe we’re talking about after all. It’s not some cheap pageant or some town quincinera party. The face is lovely and gown was nice, though.
