So obviously you’ve done this kind of work before. Looks amazing. You did a stellar job. Wish I had those skills. My Polaris General could use a paint job for sure.
Thank you! I appreciate the kind words💯👍🏼. I paint cars for a living, this was actually my first RZR paint job. I work out of Bullhead City, Arizona if you’re ever in the area!
Thanks man! I sanded the plastics with 320Grit and filled in the scratches with EVERCOAT glazing putty. Once putty was dry I sanded it flat with 320Grit. Wiped it clean with Alcohol and sprayed Plastic Adhesion promoter before I sprayed 3 coats of primer. Once the primer completely cured I sanded it smooth with 400 grit. If you're using metallic base coat I recommend you finish it with 600Grit. I stopped at 400Grit only because the gray I used covered pretty good. (928) 201-4595 you can text my cell if you have anymore questions I’ll be glad to help!

I sprayed the Toyota Cement gray base coat first and then I mixed the red Pearl pigments into a Binder and sprayed two coats on top of the gray. 2 coats of clear on top of everything

Thanks for your fast respond,
What adhesive promoter and primer you used, or what you will recommend.
God bless you.
@@waltergaitan25 no problem, I used Bulldog Adhesion Promoter and a 2k Nason Primer 421-19.

Thank you for your feedback! Did you use a sander or did you sand it by hand?
No Problem! I wet sanded it with a hard block on the flat surfaces and a soft block on the curves and weird angles.
what color gray is this
Listening to “Pony” and watching you paint your RZR makes me jealous of you and your RZR’s intimacy.
😂😂 The love is real, this is actually my cousins RZR but I had to treat it like it was mine, so I had to show it some love too!
How much to do my hood and windshield and side panels on my RMK 800?
Do you mix the pigment right into the clear?
