Hello Shweta, happy Diwali to you. Hope you had a good Diwali celebration. Just though of sharing a littlre tip while frying the Poha for chevda. Instead of directly adding the poha to the oil, you can use a steel large strainer which can sit on your oil kadai and put he poha to be fried into this and once fried , just lift the strainer , that way , it is easy to grab all the fried poha from the oil and also the oil is much cleaner. Hope you dont mind me sharing this. Enjoy.

I was craving to watch this vlog but as i was out for a little trip with my family and as i have to cherish every single second of this vlog i have waited and finally today as the heart is broken with India's loss in final this vlog is the perfect one which can help me to ease the pain of it. Your house is beautiful. If possible please share the house tour. Chivda looks tempting and the Penda recipe is fantastic and so easy to make. You are looking lovely in every outfit. Your home looks beautiful with all the Diwali decor. The pre Diwali dinner looks so tempting. Sofa is fantastic and the jewellery you have purchased is so classy. Definitely I want to see a separate video about the Ashram. It is so beautiful. I really enjoyed this vlog a lot. If possible please make such more amazing vlogs more.
