This is going to be the perfect vlogging camera, the 1 inch sensor helps a lot with lowlight performance. The best part is you don't have to connect it to your phone, can't wait to get mine.
I am looking up to your review but it's already too late. I bought it minutes after. There were first the 'paid' reviews which are explaining why it is the best and now the 'click' reviews why it is the worst. The only thing I am now missing are the ND filter. They should add it to the creator combo. I seldom use the mic but the ND filter are essential for me. Cannot imagine that DJI makes the pocket for somebody with different demands. 😚 PS i used the wheel a lot but the bigger display makes the follow mode plus lock more useful.

Of course not... AAAARGH! Well, best of luck with it, and just make sure your lovely lady doesn't find out about it...
Hi there, could you please compare the pocket 3 with the insta360 go3 ? especially the low light shooting and shooting inside rooms. i would love to hear your opinion. 🙏🏽
I think it's just binary hardware as you said. One solution would be an option that ramps up and down the motion. That would solve the abrupt stops even on the binary switch.
Why do none of the video reviews talk about the new wireless mic. Please update us on the next video. =) Can you buy the second mic separately since the camera can connect 2? How does the 32bit float perform? Will that mic work with Action4? Sad we can't use the extension rod from pocket 1/2
I asked DJI if they will be selling a Mic 2 transmitter as a single product, but they couldn't confirm this. They surely will as the pocket 3 can link to 2 transmitters. I wouldn't want to buy another reciever for no reason.
That’s a great point I didn’t think of. I didn’t think the full package was worth it for me, so i went with the basic one, this thing charges so fast the extra battery is useless to me as i always carry beefy PD power banks with me. I don’t like distortion so i wont use the wide angle adapter, only thing i was on the fence about was the mic. I guess I’ll have to wait when it comes out now.
@@PopoRamos Im getting one because there are a few shots id like to try. I film and photo lot of food for clients. I have a small ratrig slider, I was thinking I could use the 3 on the slider and touch track the food while sliding keeping the food in the center of the frame. If this shot works it would be like gold dust for me, as I have a lot of product to shoot in a very short time

I can imagine 3rd party people are busy meeting that requirement in China right now! You'd need a dedicated adapter to be sure it was secure.

The Pocket 3 is vastly better in low light because of the much larger sensor, larger pixels and the mechanical stabilisation.
ive seen other reviews that when they test in roller coaster rides, they observe that its not recommended vlogging using that pocket 3
An action camera is better suited to that.

My budget for this review couldn't afford the wireless mics so I won't be able to test them.

Yeah I'll test it properly against the Pocket 2 and other cameras. It was very dark in my hallway; much darker to the eye than it appeared on video.
