The thing about the Third Class meals is that while it was plain compared to First Class, it was abundant. For those poor souls, those nights on board were likely the first ones where they didn't go to bed hungry.
And you did not go on an ocean liner for a cruise (normally, prohibition and the Great Depression was a weird time for everyone), you went on an ocean liner to go somewhere.

The ancient Egyptian added crocodile dung to the lemon. Presumably oral sex was less common in those days.
So did they use the peel as like a diaphragm? Or the juice was supposed to kill the sperm or what?!? How interesting.
@@joem2130 just looked it up. Apparently some women would use a sponge soaked in lime or lemon juice and put them up their vaginas. Another was cutting a lemon in half, squeezing out the juice, and then basically using it as a little hat over the cervix.
