- Lots of spilled fuel reinstalling gas tank, choke cable for new carb gets installed and I install part of a used house screen on the Sammy. Test Iron Armor rust reformer.

Im watching this instead of starting work for the week after seeing the emails i got over the weekend 😂.much more enjoyable. Btw started some bodywork on LJ on weekend , starting thebfew bubble rust spots.... unfortunately....first area revealed Swiss cheese....😢

@@luisrvf That's awesome! I googled stock manual choke location for an '87 Sammy and hit images, couldn't find a single picture online. Thanks alot for the info, not sure when the carb is gonna show up, it's like it went off grid between Phoenix and here.

@@luisrvf Yes sir. Hopefully I can do another Samurai someday, it would be easier now that I'm familiar and learned from my mistakes. I did alot of things 2 or 3 times on this one.
@@FixLife119 hahaha it's part of the learning process, it happened to me and i had 0 mechanic background, but once you get it, they it's like a small tank, nothing can stop it, and it always makes me smile when i drive it
You should post the link of the items you are buying for your samurai, like chocke cable, wiper fluid tank, etc.

@@keemoe1329 I really wish I could afford to, unfortunately I have to sell it to pay bills but my dream is to someday be able to get these older cars and fix them up really nice, then give them away.
