ASMR Follow My Instructions & Answer My Questions

- Hi everyone! This video is a follow my instructions type video with the addition of me asking you lots of questions throughout. Triggers include hand movements, eye tracking, colour tests, match sounds, light triggers and more. For me, this type of video is really helpful when I'm feeling anxious or I'm overthinking because it interrupts my thought process and forces me to focus on something else. I hope it's effective for you too!

I had an Ophthalmologist's appointment today and she said "okay perfect now look at my right ear, now look at my left ear. Perfect" I thought of Eliza right away. It was so relaxing

smthn similar happened to me w my therapist, she was doin emdr therapy n she was like “follow my fingers” n it just instantly made me feel tingles n reminded me of eliza :)

I love when you ask questions that take a little focus while we follow the lights. Like counting the letters in your name etc
u have a unique ability to make well thought out videos seem effortless! it made me smile when u were making sure to give us the answers to the questions when possible because i knew that was something you probably thought about and did on purpose. but at the same time your vids feel spontaneous and silly and not overly scripted. appreciate u!

i think you'd be super good at doing emdr therapy asmr! it requires sort of the same concept of most your videos of soft spoken and fast instructions & i think w your gentle commanding voice it wud suit your style sm!
