Stephen Adam To jump with Burning Sky and land inside of esplanade it's 200, technically. But for the night jump specifically there are other criteria considered, like experience with night jumps, pyro, ratings, etc. The night jump group is hand picked.

Passed the written USPA D license exam con ducted by a current USPA I/E, S&TA, or board member. f. restricted uspa licenses 1. Under extreme circumstances, such as physical handicaps, a USPA Restricted license may be issued to applicants who are unable to meet all of the specific license requirements. 2. The distance is deceiving , seems like he wasn't moving for awhile.
I think I remembered to turn my camera on around 7,000 ft. But yes, it's difficult to gauge distance, especially with the wide-angle of the GoPro.
