Salt on dried fish is to preserve the fish but you can wash it before cooking so it won't be too salty.

Tuba is better than manufactured and expensive liquors or beers. Tuba is best when freshly fermented with ground 'mangrove bark' to lend its orangy or reddish color. Unfermented tuba is milky white and very sweet just like all other flower nectars. Tuba comes from unbloomed coconut flower.

I love this theme of your channel. It has really opened my mind to what is out there in the world in terms of educational opportunities. The phillipne Universities are really good value. It's just amazing how students from India and Thailand go to study there since those countries have really strong educational systems in the medical and computer/engineering sciences.

First off, the background of people befind you were all Indians. I have never seen so many Indian Students going to school in Cebu. My eldest sister studied medicine at Southwestern Univ. in Cebu & almost all her classmates were from Thailand. This was way back in late 70's. Back then there were already many Thai students studying to become Doctors. There were also many Iranians students then before the Shah of Iran was outstead out of the country by Muslim Leader Khomeni.

In my college days in 1990s, Iranians, Nepalis and Americans were more common in local Cebu universities. In 2000s Koreans, Indians and Africans became more common as well. Today, looks like Cebu schools are more cosmopolitan as there are more international students from almost all continents.
