Jason that's the best curry recipe for all curry dishes.Basic with the methi. That's my secret ingredient. I do not cook my curry without that. It gives that special flavour.
I just love it....of course we here knows about it, but its really great you share so much of our culture and cuisines right around the world! And I know we have so many different ways of cooking our curry, mixing it in water 1st etc.....but I think throwing it just like this to fry a bit in the oil then adding the water as you did it is💯🤗.
