I think one thing clear from the press conference today is that we are not going to anything major, one signing maybe two at best which is fine by me as Slot is doing exactly what Klopp did when he came to us.. he is going to start with this squad, get to know his players and see who adapts well then will sit with Richard Hughes and talk about what he wants and don’t want in the squad. I like that to be fair as it shows we have long term plans and good foundations.
Just get Kudus at RW, Nunes at CF and Gakpo at LW. Then buy Ederson af CDM and get a nice CB. SIMPLE 😅

Initially we were linked with Watkins, Kudus, Ederson etc. Now that Cody n Nunez are scoring for their countries, the club feels we don't need forwards? Also cos Bajcetic n Endo are available, they feel we don't need Ederson. Crazy club. Anyway, when we play those tough preseason games, we shall all see where we are. I'll never believe or even look into players we are linked to, I don't bother until the player or club has announced it. Its no secret we need goals next season, Jota is too fragile and unreliable, Nunez showed moments of class but no consistency, Diaz & Salah weren't at their best.. entering next season with our current squad would put us at a serious disadvantage considering its age & that we have so many players who get injured every season. I hope we make new signings, but honestly, I'd wait until deals have been made public before getting hopes up.

I think we should get rid of or keep salah yet still bring in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as salahsg replacement. Federico Chiesa is awful don't want him he's just like João Félix hyped up and passed around. We also should get maybe 2 centre backs and one or 2 center mids. I like the look of olmo. And maybe bring Fikayo Tomori the forgotten man that should and deserves to be in that England squad. Just my opinion. Just hold tight and leta wait and see what happens
