normally even on high demanding games, your ps4 shouldn't have any issue keeping it at mid 70's. What is happening on my ps4 is my room is hot specially it's summer and the condition isn't so great anymore so I have to change the thermal pads and paste soon. Another good thing this app do is you can actually have a clue about the condition of your ps4 base on how easy or hard it is for it to keep it at a certain temp. If it's struggling, then it may need some maintenance.

Another way to make PS4 less loud is by cleaning the ventilation by a tooth brush it worked really
