Waah. Hats off to you people. Excellent taleem. Seeds of Indian classical music sown by pandit Ravishankar and ustad Ali Akbar Khan are grown up trees now. Very melodious and perfect playing of sitar, sarod and tabla. Worth listening again and again. Bravo.
Not directly with Panditji but I first learned in his style. I now learn from Pandit Partha Chatterjee who plays in the Pandit Nikhil Bannerjee baj. My style is kind of mixed between them...and evolving....but all Maihar Gharana :)
Amazing! Beautiful tripple, melodious and rhythmic. Keep up with your great contribution to propagating Bharatiya Shastriya sangeet. It is healing and entertaining both at a higher level of senses.
This is so amazing! You guys played so well! all three, Sitar, sarod and Tabla :D How did you learn and for how long? and ofc which country are you from?
Thank you. We are from the USA. Each of us has had (and are on) a long, lovely journey of learning ICM. The joy of ICM is that you can keep learning your whole life!
@@JoannaMack Thank you, you guys are superb, I started learning Sarangi last year. I'm from India but I'm currently studying in LA. If you have any gigs or shows hope you post about it here! I would love to come.
Bruce learned from Ustad Ali Akbar Khan directly and continually from 1974 until Khan Sahib's death. I learned from Pandit Deepak Choudhury in Kolkata, from Ali Akbar Khan Sahib at the AACM and now from Bruce and Pandit Partha Chatterjee in Kolkata

Harmonic minor ?
I believe the scale of Kirwani is the equivalent of the harmonic minor but I am not trained to think that way
Just superb.... Wowooow
How can I get your number please?
Thanks!

Doesn't feel much like Kirwani. I think they should listen more rather than playing...
