@@JamesTHEKOIwhisperer123 just search bathroom ceiling cladding on eBay!, There's tons of the stuff in all colours!. It's like tounge and groove match board but made from hollow upvc, it's wicked stuff to work with and fast to install as it comes in sheets 500mm wide and any length!!

Looking great. Gate valves into the drum instead of ball valves would gain you some space. I know they leak eventually, but not really an issue when seeping into the filter.

Window is epic, not bothered about the filming Mucker as more important you were happy with it while you were fitting it. One thing I take away this week is that Mrs Whisperer is happy, but glad you had the Makita just in case 🤣.I know full well you will sort that filter house out so it’s pukka. Looking great James. A suggestion: maturing the media takes time, start using it so when you are ready to move the Kois the biofilter is active. The people here can suggest an easy way to do it.
I put some of my media for my new filter into a filter bag, then just hung it in my holding tank to mature before adding it to my new filter whilst my new pond was being built. It worked a treat.
Not long now and your fish can enjoy there new home. The mrs wasn’t too happy when I said I wanted to watch you, we only got married on Thursday lol. Keep up the good work and thank your mother for the rabbits 👍🏻

Have a look at sky bond or rhino bond for your ceiling panels. Availabe in loads of colours. Foam-X could be another option.

Try UPL (Universal Plastics Ltd) for the roof, the Hygiene board is cheap as and easy to fit.
