Because its only 600w, I thought about trying to use one like an induction cooker with pots n pans etc

I've been looking into going a electric to replace my gas setup as its way more simple to carry in my car. Do you think this could replace a gas cooker?

Most definitely just need a decent battery setup with inverter to run it due to it being 240v would love if they made it 12v
