@subversive1219 I suspect that this was due to your limited experience in using an airbrush and not due to faulty equipment. I have the NCT-SJ83 and I think it is the best airbrush in this price range. Operating the equipment is very simple. It's hard to break something with it, the seals wear out over time, nothing else. I recommend NCT-SJ83 to everyone who is considering purchasing it.

Dear Neoeco - thank you for the tutorials- i love my sj83 - I recently ordered and received (via amazon) the SJ83 needle replacement part kit - the nozzles are slightly longer than those that originally came with the airbrush so that the nozzle cap doesn’t sit flush with the body - thus air come spraying out of the cup - also the nozzle cap seems a bit thinner and the needle cap doesn’t fit over correctly- it tends to fall off - any advice?

A bit late for this video. I threw my Neoeco brush in the trash two weeks ago. I did every type of fix I could think of. I'm done with your cheap shit.

Hello, and apologies for the inconvenience you're experiencing. The issue primarily stems from not tightening the air cap sufficiently. Surprisingly simple, yet often overlooked. To assist those facing similar challenges, we've created a helpful video guide to ensure effective resolution.

You should have contacted Neoeco first. And cheap doesn't necessarily mean bad: I have a cheapo I bought for $20 AU (with a tiny "compressor") eight years ago and it's still working perfectly.
