Second, do you have any insight into operating in (Northern) Arizona. I.E, permits, regulations, restrictions, etc. I’ll be just starting out, so used equipment is the way for me to go. Thanks

+BensCarts thank you for the fast response! i have read the HD regulations for carts and I called the HD and both say I need to cover food contact surfaces while in transport or storage. with a minimum of 10 gallon water storage tank.
