This is exactly why I said the Big 12 and ACC should've told those to conferences to kick rocks at the bottom of the ocean. Those 2 conferences intentionally screwed everyone else. And people need to stop saying they were just looking to take care if their conferences. They weren't. Those commissioners for the Big 10 and especially the SEC are literal dog waste. Fitz reported over the weekend coaches from those conferences were telling kids don't go to the Big 12 or ACC because they'll not be playing in a power league there. Because the Big 10 and SEC are going to break off soon. Those conferences are planning on getting everyone else to pay this lawsuit and leaving after everything. May seem like a conspiracy now. But those snakes ar planning and operating a screw job. In my opinion, if you pay that lawsuit and pay players, you're entitled to equal revenue of every thing that collectively represents college sports. That includes CFP payouts.
Why would a school be entitled to an equal share of Michigan's revenue if Michigan does not want anything to do with them or play them? Just cause Bishop Sycamore wants to play and pay why are they entitled to money generated by Ohio State or any other school?

If TCU, NC State, or KDU pay an equal share of that 2.7 billion and pay players 20 mill per year. They are entitled 100% to equal revenue. If you don't like that. Then those conferences should pay the bills by themselves. Bottom line....no way in hell. Do those conferences get to say who's relevant but want all autonomy schools to pay the same bill. @@lorenzohaynes3886 nobody can say who is relevant. If the small schools think they are not liable then they should not settle . Settling their portion of their liability for past wrongs does not entitle them to funds earned by others . They can choose not to participate

If you have to opt in to pay kids a certain amount to be considered top level. Everyone that opts in is top level. Everyone without exceptions. If UNLV opts in and pays.... How can the P5 unilaterally decide for all of the NCAA on a topic like this? Are there Association voting procedures?
There is only a P4 now. They can take their ball and form a new sanctioning body if they so wish.
The Big East has 9 national championships in basketball since 1999.
