The B1G and SEC's proposal is to probably eliminate all the playoff auto-qualifiers and guaranteed playoff revenue. They will soon have all the best players and teams after the ACC implodes, so they will take all the playoff spots every season and keep all the playoff revenue. Any realignment sets of a new playoff renegotiation.
@@roris5882 Why did you bother answering in the first place? The question was "Is there someplace we can find them so we can see them?" If you don't know where to look then say that and move on. I just wanted to know where to start looking. If I was looking for an "opinion" I would have asked for that.
They should have just done a super bowl between the B1G and SEC champs. Then the rest of FBS can have a playoff and national championship game or whatever they want.
"I'm altering the deal. Pray I don't alter it any further." - Darth Vader TAMU and Mizzou going to the SEC was check; Texas and Oklahoma was checkmate on the other conferences. I'm sure Sankey's original deal was going to codify the SEC's ownership of CFB going forward. If he got his way then, he would have just kept trying to change the playoff format every time they renegotiated.
If this NIL 1 Billion settlement happened & they penalize Power schools, would schools like Houston, UCF, Cincy, BYU, SMU get penalized too? That'd be kind of messed up, considering they dont even get full pay yet, and they were literally in the G5 from 2017 until recent. Those schools aren't swimming in money.
Seriously? ESPN is at fault for not wanting to pay the Big 12 the same as it was willing to pay the SEC? The Big 12 has no fault? I mean could the Big 12 have offered OUT a higher revenue share?
Maybe Kansas is just waiting on FSU and Clemson to crack open the ACC's GOR so they can do the same to the Big12, since the ACC copied the Big12 contract.
They should have done a revenue-sharing across all FBS programs to establish an equal amount for all players regardless of where they play so it can't be used as a bribe to choose a school. Then they wouldn't have had to allow NIL. The cat is out of the bag now though. Too late.
So what level should have the per player payment have been set at? What Michigan can play is a lot higher than would Southern Mississippi can pay. Why should a player who can get a lot more playing for Michigan be limited to getting a pittance because that what Southern Mississippi can afford?
Has anyone compared the two proposals side by side? Is there someplace we can find them so we can see them?

@@roris5882 That's all well and good but it still doesn't answer my question.🙄
@@VorlonAngel Why is it my job to answer your questions? Don't you have an online connection?

How much of the money from House lawsuit settlement money do the lawyers get?

Espn/Sankey is the villain. They have slowly been poaching the big12 for decades.
Kansas is their next target
Kansas can leave anytime!! Just pay the exit and penalty fee and go wherever they want.
