That is a CLEAR CONFLICT OF INTEREST - if you are elected to serve people you do not rob them of taxes -one should sell his business in order to be in government

And, you cannot tell me he is going to do business in Panama and the BVI! He's going to by yachts, houses in Monaco and live the high life when he should be investing in Montenegro that is trying to join the EU so it's a perfect time to invest there! No wonder Montenegro-through no fault of the people-is having such a hard path to EU membership! What a slimy reptilian jerk!

He's only working for himself and not the people if he's funneling his money into a tax haven.

Not illegal, not immoral, but a national leader must always set a good example even when out of office. Montenegro isn't a rich country. It's small and has a demographic problem. Montenegro needs all the investment it can get.

Laws can be encoded formally in a society, making it easier to decide if an activity is illegal. But it’s much harder to judge whether something is moral as measured against an unwritten code that not everyone agrees on.

No he is right. It is his descision to invest and run companies in another country as long as he does not bring that money to his own country and dont pay tax there.
What this video is about is that it is not nice done by him. He shows the world that it is better to invest in some other countries than Montenegro to gain max. profit, A bad signal to send out and he should invest in Montenegro to infuence others to do the same.
What he does is not illegal but it is not helping his own country.

You are taking money you earned in one country and spend it in another one. This makes your country by that amount poorer. The taxes you do not spend in your country can not be spent for street, schools or the poor.
Additional, YOU are in the position to make your country attractive to spend money in! You can lower the taxes if they are too high or whatever is necessary. It is exactly YOUR job, and no one elses!

This is how business works. As long as he is not using the state's money to do business, and there are no laws strictly forbid citizens from doing business in foreign countries. By all means he can use his presidential connections, it is what connections are for after all. Although this may look bad and prevent his re-election.

He's not the one being investigated for not paying taxes, so maybe put Trump in the same camp.
