Sarah has been following the Facebook group of a pallet liquidator in our area who buys truckloads of Walmart, Target, and Amazon returns and then sells them by the pallet to resellers. Since we love flipping furniture we thought it would be a unique opportunity for us. Reselling Amazon returns can be a great side hustle if you know how to list, sell, and ship items on eBay and Facebook. I'm glad you guys are doing well, but personally I tried this, and bought a couple pallets locally... 90% of my products were damaged or missing parts. Not a great way to make money.

One other thing item to note is some pallet places don't want you to have your phone out checking prices on items while you're "shopping". Stay away from those places!! There are plenty of liquidators out there that encourage you to search items. Don't rely on what you think something might be worth......do the research while you are there!!
Hey everyone! I am in Canada and there are a few places that I order from and they deliver to my home. Sourcing without seeing the pallets/items is possible but it takes a lot of time to find companies that can be trusted. Thankfully most of these pallets are manifested so it makes it much easier for me to order. Thank you so much for the tips!! You two are the best :)

@@pressany5947 Google has been an amazing source for me. I just search Canadian wholesale or liquidation and see what pops up. Be careful of sponsored listings as many are not legit. Also local auctions are great places that can have individual items and bulk items as well.

Thank you so much that was extremely helpful. I actually took some notes LOL. My only question is how do you buy Amazon pallets without ordering them from online? Do the liquidators get the Amazon pallets and that's how you get on or is there another way to acquire the Amazon pallets? Also is there any way to ensure that you can get a pallet from a particular store like if you want Walmart pallets or Target pallets is there a way to ensure that you can get Autumn's only from those stores or is it just luck of the draw? Great question! The only way to get pallets is through a liquidator. These people have contracts with retailers and agree to buying a certain amount of truckloads per month/year. That’s where liquidationmap.com comes in handy. Most liquidators tell you what store the stuff came from! Hope this helps 😁

I would add, make buying local fun! Have a great day out, have some lunch, go to the liquidation center, look at all the cool stuff, and maybe bring some home! The same goes for yard sales, Dollar General 90% off, etc.

I totally agree you need to find a place and pick up your own pallets. Never do it online. People think I am wasting my time but I am not, it is way more profitable looking onsite even though you sometimes cannot see everything, at least I am getting something instead of getting scammed online.
Yes I also agree buying pallets where a few items you can see will pay for it but I also go for the more weirder pallets that have random things you don't think will sell but for me they do. I don't want to take the pallet that has 5-10 coffee makers on it especially when 5-10 other pallets have the same stuff, you are just competing against other sellers too then. I will buy those items only a select few might want but at least I am only competing against the store versus everyone else too so it is easier to get that 50% mark or more. competing against other sellers then your 40-60% profit goes down because everyone is trying to undercut the last seller that just posted it online in your community.
I stay in Illinois and I sell pallets from Amazon. I have many pallets for sale! You can come look at the pallets or I can send pictures or videos
Yeah yeah liquidators are everywhere and not hard to find pallets for sale. I want to know where they buy from and where I can get a truck load of pallets. Any idea??? I live a little over an hour north of GR. Love the Dorr pallet sales and I've had decent luck in Stanton but would really like to find the truck load sales. How do you know if a liquidator has gone through the pallet and shrink wrapped it back up?

You’re welcome! I wouldn’t really worry about that until you make at least $1000. But yes as your business grows it’s important to form an LLC for deductions and liability.

Been watching your videos.. I have a pallet warehouse in NC. Been in business since 2019. You guys are really smart I wish my customers would understand everything your saying. Most people have unrealistic expectations they think all things are brand-new it's far from the truth. Side note inventory is really really low right now truck loads are getting hard to get lots of waiting lists all over.
