yes, but when you lip-sync, they can deduct points for it. it’s because instead out counting the beats in your head, lip-syncing is like cheating out of that, if that makes sense

guys remember she was only 6 years old here. absolutely amazing for a six year old. if you compare it to other dancers of 6 this is a masterpiece

7 and sorry at 7 Kenzie was cleaner. i don't think Asia is bad just had lot of technique issues and something was weird at this competition.

Typically randomly lip syncing would be a no but it added to the performance, she literally made it look like she was supposed to do that which is good the judges don’t know 😂
I don’t know why people hate her so much, she’s a good dancer, not excellent but good, she’s energetic and have really cool jumps, beside she’s just a person she have feelings too. Not because you hate her mom you will hate the Kid.

SienaMelia I knew she wasn't since it wasn't Broadway style, the only dance style that lip syncing is allowed in. However it's weird that no one caught it before I doubt if she just decided to lip sync on stage out of nowhere

Even tho Asia was only on the show for one season, every time she had a solo she won! Like she is so underrated and she is one of my favorite dancers on the show.
asia was probably one of the best ones to ever be on dance moms. not because of the technique but because she was so amazing to watch on stage. she performed with her body and her face. that’s a hard thing to do especially at such a young age. i think the best performers on dance moms were, asia, alexus, and nia

it was way to inappropriate and honestly more i think about it i think Kenzie actually won but show in this episode chose to reshoot awards claiming Asia won. Asia should have lost points for it being to mature for 7 and for lip syncing and so many technical errors. Mackenzie wasn't perfect either but she made less technique mistakes
Asia’s facial expressions are her biggest strength. Her technique isn’t strong but her jumps are
gorgeous. This choreography was mainly her standing around and lip syncing with nice facial expressions. It’s what she depends on, and somehow she gets somewhere with it. I get why the moms were getting frustrated on abbys ultimate dance competition, since Asia made it to the top three when so many girls had such better technique.

Personally I like the lip syncing because it’s cute and gives more sassy and something to the dance that I can’t describe

Why is people hating on her? I loved all of her duet, solo, trios and everything. Like that one time she had an solo about animals, she was an lion and when she jumped on that cage she felled perfectly and didn't even fall, she's really pretty too. Like look at her now, she's so beautiful. And her facial expression is my favourite, nothing is wrong with her. People just compare them and it's unfair, you're right and I agree. She deserved more tbh.
