Many people are down voting Australia because it's another generic jury luring, radio friendly entry. But for me, I love the fact that Jordan Anthony composed / wrote the lyrics himself. It contains the message he wants to send to the world, speaking from his own experiences. So let's get those jury votes, Australia deserves it this year 😂
This has had a lot of hate for being basic, but as an admittedly biased Australian (Jordan and I are from the same city too) I love it, and all I can say is wait until you see him sing it live. He's 14 and made it all the way to the final of the adult Voice this year, and his vocals are amazing. He also drew the first performance slot last night, and I reckon WWR will be a fantastic show opener. Haters gonna hate!! I'm very happy you see the positives in this.
Eurovision By Jaz - 100 % agree with you - we should wait for the stage performance (an that should be done for all 19 songs) before we rate and rank it. Look at Ireland .....that staging this year (look at the official pictures) is amazing and will lift that song up ....let me call it a TOP 6 song.
I can't be unbiased here, being an Aussie, but I loved that. Sometimes inspirational songs can be a bit over the top and get a bit cheesy and cliche, but that was the right amount.
That voice! So rich and smooth. This is a song to listen to when you're down or discouraged. It might be a bit generic, but his voice makes it powerful and special.
Up untill this point I wasn't really into this entry, but now I'm completely sold. Hope it's on Google play, I need to listen a few more (dozens) of time 😂
Hey Jake, great reactions as always. I'm not sure if you know this, but the live show is on Sunday, but take your time with these reactions. I'm curious to see what you think of the live show.
The song is great but he will be first to perform, and with so many ballads it is going to be hard to be memorable. I hope that people will vote for him on Friday because he deserves TOP 10.
Australia is not a european country, but are our guest, so I hope they feel very welcome in the european party. Also, they are doing really grate, better than a lot of countries, including the big 5. Go Australia! - And please, react to EJSC Spain and Serbia!
iulya122000 Jordan has so many layers of richness that result in a connection I didn’t always get from Michael. I still loved what Michael brought to Eurovision. I just think vocally, Jordan sounds more convincing than Michael did.✌️
Great vocals, but right now the song is closer to the bottom of my list because I don't feel it's as melodically strong compared to last year's entry and a bit too "safe", but with that said, songs in this style tend to have a bigger impact when performed live.
hey Jake did you see that new Joker movie ? if you did share some opinions about it and if you like watching movies, you could sometimes do movie review on this channel, but pick some awesome movies if you do
A show opener this year! Not gonna lie,the song is very generic melodically and lyrics are a bit repetative but live this will be impactful,Jordan is so talented and a genually very nice person.
Completely objective view here I usually love Australia In eurovision and junior. However my pet hate personally are quite hollow feeling generic pop songs in the contest. They are fine but I just need that little more grit to latch onto and hold me. I would say the same for 2018 eurovision Sweden. It was great but I could just listen whilst on my phone, good song but didn't command my attention with something extra. But that's just my opinion. Some clever staging could easily give this that bit extra for me. Time will tell.

Can’t wait to see what Jordan’s gonna bring to the stage! It’s a great track. Fun and inspirational. Great vocals. Let’s do it, Aus!
Can’t wait to see the full live performance for this
My winner in this year! 😍❤
I’m usually very critical, but I love our entry this year!
P.s: Thanks for the reactions, Jake, really missed watching them :) glad to see you back!
Beautiful song and beautiful reaction! 😃❤️

Reminds me a little of Isaiah from a few years back. You are right Australia have been such an asset to both contests

Wow! This is my favourite so far.
FINALLY someone who shares my opinion - I only read hate all the time for this masterpiece 😭

Jordan is 14 years old. In JESC starts kids having 9-14 years old those are the principles :)
@Tara king only girl from RUSSIAN duo have 9 the boy have 13

Well, the boy can sing! Is it basic and radio friendly? Sure. But that doesn't make it automatically bad.

It’s my last place tbh but it’s not bad. Just super repetitive. I’m sure it will be stronger live.
Kate Miller-Heidke is literally the only non generic Australian Eurovision Act. Don’t they get tired of sending generic stuff?
So salty
React to Spain plssssss

Can you not skip through the songs and just react?!?
He cannot. Some of his videos were deleted already in the past due to copyright issues.
