Not really because in the smp lore, technically the ocean queen and the cat mayor are two different people.
I don’t know if anyone else noticed but most people on empires switched their biomes with their enemy from season 1:
Joey ruled the animals and Lizzy ruled the ocean and now that’s switched.
Jimmy and Joel weren’t enemies as much in season 1 but Jimmy did switch biomes with Joel.
I’m not sure if it contributes into the lore or just pure coincidence and I might also be forgetting some people but please correct me if I’m wrong

I have a theory that may change the lore of the finale of S1
Maybe the reactor exploded because Xornoth may of had sagbotaged the reactor in order for it to explode to cause chaos.
And to think of it maybe the others new who Oli was... Maybe the Rift was the cause of their memory wipe of Afterlife..

The rift being the cause for their memory loss is actually an interesting theory! I hope the hermits and empires eventually do crossover. It would be funny to see how they play off False and Gem being apart of both Smps

I just thinked about a crazy theory:
What If because of the nomad circle Copper King Pix foresaw the grimland explosion and abandoned pixandria. When he returned to other kingdoms everything was destroyed but in mythland he saw that blood ship had eaten everything and only pieces were left of empire nothing was destroyed from the roots,so he rebuilded it and lived there and couple hundred years ago his lineage went somewhere else and the ancient capital (mythland) was abandoned. Because of his lineage pixelriffs is very curious about land of his ancestors.
At the end Prismarina mentioned the Watchers I really hope that they make a return when the rift fully opens up, it would be really good for both the story lines of Hermitcraft and Empires SMP.
In iJevin's Hermitcraft season 9 Ep. 27, near the end of the episode voices can be heard through the Rift perhaps a conversation from the Empire's SMP

Theory 1 :
Hermes has a shulker head and is dressed in purple just like a shulker, when a shulker hits you it gives you levitation. maybe Hermes made Joel levitate into the sky and thats maybe why hes a "god"
Theory 2 :
Shubble might be a villain, she has a lot of potions that work different as she wants them to, she could possibly spill a potion and have magical powers (because she's a witch) like she did on Sausage.

Recently, Owen (one of Scott’s llamas) became a human due to a potion made by the Great Witch Shelby.
I know this seems far-fetched, but what if OWEN became the villain?
1. He has the motive (Scott turning him back to a llama and trapping him into the bar)
2. Scott says that Owen is his best friend, but Owen could not believe him for turning him back to a Llama!
3. Also, with the Lizzie being the villain theory, Owen could work WITH Lizzie to take over Empires SMP, since Lizzie IS the Mayor of Animalia…
Also, that would mean one more player for the Empires S2- Owengejuice!

Some of my theories are
1.One day Lizzie will shout "stop running" as her fox ran into the portal her no wanting to go in go's to leave but heres "where are we?" and turns around to see grain standing at the portal with her fox Lizzie take grain to the animal Kingdom to get to know each other having a feeling they meet in a past life
2. They keep making references to old servers like lawyer lizzie, witherroses, the axolotl etc maybe it’s foreshadowing a connection between all severs like they die and move on to a new sever like being reborn
3. If Lizzie was a decent of the tiger blood prince she would maybe find a book of her family maybe even finding on joeys crown

I think the rift from hermitcraft could possibly expand to even more smps hardcore world and survival let`s plays. But if that happened the rift would go on for thousands of years and that could mean trading with people in other worlds or smps and would mean it could even become naturally generating in minecraft worlds so let's hope it doesn't expand too much but it would be cool if it ended up in my survival let`s play called minecraft cavernous chaos.
What if Skelatrong is actually the fish people from Lizzie’s empire in s1 they got so upset that there ocean Queen left them and have decide to take there rage out on humans. But Joey reminded them about there ocean Queen and decided to take there rage on him. We might see the old ruins of the ocean empire from s1 as Skelatrongs base.

SOMETHING JUST GOT EVEN CRAZIER!In scar's new vid he reference something from double life! That means that Hermitcraft and Empires is almost 100% sure that they are connected because in season 1 of empires, Scott and Jimmy reference third life which is another life series!
Hi Prismarnia, I have a theory that Empires S2 and Hermitcraft are linked. you can see this when in Hermitcraft, Grian fires TNT into the Rift. this corresponds to Fwhip hearing an explosion when on the bridge and discovered the portal in Empires.
I think that the watchers are actually Zorn off and that and Scott together and Scott has the same has went to go live with him and forgotten his memories just like The siblings😊
Yessssss here early also heres a theory that many of the members are descendents of there season one selfves then they would be reincarnated with vague memories and pearl needs them to know but not fully there past life’s
So, I have a theory, for the last one Fwhip is the new ruler. What if the Warden used to be the Guardian but they were defeated, and Fwhip has taken on this responsibility because the land chose him. What if the warden comes back to still attempt to guard the cave but can only cover the deep dark. This would be why the land chose Fwhip to become the leader.
i think the last one might be a little bit of a stretch, only considering Joey, Shelby, and Scott's backstories!

You should look into lore about Shelby, it’s interesting and I think the Origins SMP could also be connected to empires
Sausage confirmed that he is not dead. Could have been a tweet or something, forgot where I saw it, but he isn't dead. I think that because Sausage demonstrated that both he, Bubbles and Sir Carlos have some form of interdimesional magic in Season 1, that is why he remembers Oli. He also had visions of things such as the fall of Xornoth in Season 1, as well as having visions now in Season 2. My theory is that someone is trying to tell Sausage something, but whether that someone is Pearl, or S1 Sausage, or whoever, someone is trying to make him remember his past life.

Here’s a theory. If you’ve watched hermitcraft, specifically grian, you’d know about the rift. Well there’s another rift identical to the one in hermitcraft except its in empires. What if the two rifts are actually portals to the two worlds?

Just putting it out there but maybe its the watchers who are watching Shelby? I mean they do say that they are watching through signs. Pluss Grian went into the first season of Empires for a visit. If the theory of the multiverse is correct and this is still the watcher Grian maybe the watchers went into Empires season two? Pluss if they were looking for negative energy like with third life than Empires would be a good place to get some after what happened in the first season.

I gave a theory. I think lizzie could actualy a refuge from sasuges kingdom since she was a talking cat, while Eddie was a talking rabbit
I think every epiror is a reinkanated version of their season 1 and Afterlife personas. We know that about the Katherine theory already and probably Mythical Sausage, he is just the only one to remember some of the moments in his past lives thanks to Pearl. So if we apply the same principle, everyone is reincarnated, maybe just not linked to their past life as much
And False, she is just fully new, no past lives
After watching RenTheKing lose his crown on Hermitcraft and discovering the diamonds (which had amethyst crystals on them) missing, has led me to believe that someone (perhaps Gary of Animalia) from Empires has taken them. Only time will tell how this story unfolds. It is so good of a story that I hope it never ends.

I have not been following the Empires SMP as much as Hermitcraft. Seems Empires is very heavy on story lore. More so than Hermitcraft has been. However there is one thing that seems to connect both. A power that tries to corrupt both servers at the same time. Not talking about a literal power but a certain simulation that keeps taking over. Grian's rift is more or less a interdimensional gateway to other realities. But what sort of realities? Season 8 of Hermitcraft was to be just a simulation and in order for the "virus" not to spread Hermits had to go into a sort of hibernation stage. However if one looked closely the end of the video of Season 8 they noticed parts of the virus still managed to come along with the ship. Is the rift just a omen of things to come? Worlds in collision? Who knows for sure only time will tell.
I love lore. the more the better. so , as such I am now forced to sub and binge. thank you for your hard work 🥰🥰🥰

This is just a silly little thing I made, so feel free to ignore it! :)
I'd like to think that Katherine would be the villain this season since her kingdom is already "corrupted".
Now, she's seen trying to restore Glimmer Grove to its original, uncorrupted form. However, we can see that the corruption is much stronger than Katherine and can change things into its corrupted version, like how the blocks became darker when she placed them in the corrupted area while building her palace, or when she tries to put leaves on the trees on that side of the kingdom, it doesn't work. The leaves just decay.
So what I'm saying is that Katherine COULD be corrupted if she wasn't careful. Now, the weird thing is her corruption is NOT like Joey/Xornoth's kind of corruption. I'm talking about having a whole alter ego when she feels a strong negative emotion.
The Darkened Spirit is a creature with almost no identification, except that its skin is darker than the void, it wears a crown made from wither roses and its irises are the colours of light blue and purple with a pure white as the eye whites. It murders anything and everything that doesn't give her a "good" vibe, even if it's sheep! The villagers have never seen the creature before and therefore blame Katherine for bringing this curse yet again.
Empires S1, S2 and After Life are all conected. There in the same timeline. So Empires S1 is thaouthands of years back. We know that from Pixe's first Empires S2 video. Then comes After Life. It is a few month back. We know that because Sausage has flashbacks and Oli was like 2 month gone. The landscape has also changed drastickly over the years and it doesn't seme that anything is left of the old kingdoms. I'm also guesing that After Life is a seperat world that Saint Pearl created. To then bring every body back to Empires. Aaimt Pearl also semes to hold back the memorys of the After Life, but she doesn't seme to be able to hold all the memorys back. Oli sems to be the exeption here, but I don't know why. But I don't think that Saint Pearl is holding back the memorys of Empires S1. I think it's the Bad Sausage. We never found out what had happend to him. I think he's the one holding there memorys back and also the one who writes the wierd mesages that Witch Shelbi get's. She might not remember what she did, but Bad Sausage does.
It only is a theory but one that would make sense.

But somehow I am drawn into watching this channel's content for a while now. But it haven't gotten me to watch at least one of the members series. But I am a hermitcraft watcher so maybe this rift storyline would make me watch the series.

Shelbys new video that purple crack in the mountain shelby said she heard a calling in it and lizzie put one of her villagers in it and she was drawn to it so could it be that Lizzie ran away from joeys empire in season 1 and she was Shelbys cat a witches companion so Lizzie might be connected to the evermore and thats why shelby ran away she wants to find Lizzie cause she is a pureblood but the reason she cant find her is because Lizzie was half cat and half human so she was a cat and then she shape-shifted into a human so nobody could find her cause of how she was treated Shelby hates Joey cause she knew what he did to Lizzies family so thats why she likes Katherine cause she is scared Joey might do something to her kingdom

I think there might be a multi-server war with Grian being the Head of the CHAOS_resistance.
Why else do you think he is not creating or joining any resistance this season, he is saving all his energy for this upcoming chaos creating resistance, that wishes DOOM onto the EMPIRES server, or more likely that he is forced into that role.
Why else do you think the explostion of the TNT grian send into the rift, blew up in the Empires server, revealing the other end of the portal
